INTRODUCTION
This report includes description about the ways in which mini project workshops are helpful in
improvement of employability along with the reason for their ability to develop this factor is
provided in this report.
MAIN BODY
Reasons and ways for development of employability through mini project workshops
I have taken part in various mini projects workshops which have helped me develop
several skills and abilities for gaining success in my future endeavours. As many of such
workshops involve working with others and getting desired results through coordination and
collaboration with others to understand everyone's opinion and find creative solutions for various
problems and tasks, which are main elements for good teamwork abilities, my ability to work
with a team in order to achieve a common goal effectively have increased hugely (Brereton and
et. al., 2020) . As most employers look for the ability to perform task with others effectively and
harmoniously,my teamwork skills will play an important part in generating employability. I have
enhances my communication skills by participating in mini projects workshops as they involve
communicating my ideas to others effectively through creative verbal and non-verbal
communication, this is a significant cause of employability as good communication skills are
essential for gaining employment in the current era of information where every task is dependent
on effective exchange of data through verbal as well as non-verbal communication (Stokes,
2017) . Good communication skills have also increased my confidence and self esteem as I am
able to engage with others in an improved manner which is helpful in gaining success and job
promotions after securing employment .
Another skill that I have developed through mini project workshops is time management
abilities. The improvement in this particular skill has enhanced quality of my work as I am able
to prioritise my tasks in order to complete the most important task with quality and swiftly by
making schedule and eliminating distracting elements and focusing on projects which require
immediate attention. This has helped complete al my daily activities in swift manner without
compromising with the quality of the outcome produced. In the present business environment,
enterprises look for workers who can complete their duties and responsibilities in given time
period with superior quality of work (Nisha, and Rajasekaran, 2018) .Time management skills

are helpful in generating employability as it builds ability to effectively plan their day by
prioritising tasks which need to be completed instantly and delay projects which can be
completed in the future which showcases the employer my ability to get work done and increase
the productivity of their company which increases my employability (Boffo, and Terzaroli,
2017) .
CONCLUSION
From the above report it is concluded that by participating in mini project workshops the ability
to secure desired employment is increased as various skills which play a crucial role in
management and completion of daily projects in limited time are developed in such workshops.
Their effectiveness in building time management, communication and teamwork skills increase
chances in securing employment as the current business atmosphere requires workers with such
skills.
