Introduction
In the coming year, Sydney will be the host of the highly anticipated World Business
Forum. The annual global event is expected to draw a lot of impacts not only to the Australian

marketing and change management respectively. The theme for the event will be "People and
Technology Working Together". The main objective of the World Business Forum 2020 is to
