EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This report provides evolution and analysis of current stability of the World
University. Methods of the analysis include customer relationship management’s
analysis and analysis of the business intelligence tool. Results of the analyzed data
show that the there is need of improving the scheme of customer loyalty and have
poor inventory management. The World University will provide the academic tutoring
in advanced format, provides the services for preparation of exams, an occupational
program for academics, and provides the services for selection of the college,
educational consulting and many more.
This report finds that the prospects of the World University organization are not in a
positive position. The areas of major weakness need to be further remedial action
and investigation by the management. There is a need to improve some of the
scheme provided by the university and should provide some good strategy like the
Freemium strategy for advertisements of the university. The learner who has the bad
habit of study or the low motivation towards the study may fall behinds so there
should be some special plans for such dull students by the World University.
Students or learners who will use the Worlds University classes will not feel isolated
from the classmates and the instructor for these it is important to make an
appropriate plan so that they will not feel isolated and can collect more and more
information.

This report provides information about the World University which is totally online
university where all the lectures are provided online there is no need of going to any
college professors will take online classes. This is the university which is made by
the combination of numbers of a private education institution. For studying students
can directly log in through the website of the world university. This report will focus
attention on the scheme like customer loyalty and CRM (customer management
system) software. And also highlights the major role of the business intelligence (BI)
to make the sense of the unstructured data which will collect from the variety of
sources like the social media. The report will comments on the prospects of the
world’s university and also make the recommendations that will improve the world
universities current performance.

DESCRIPTION ABOUT THE WORLD UNIVERSITY
World University is developed by the combination of numbers of a private education
institution. Students can directly log in through the website of the world university.
World University introduce a scheme for attracting the more and more student, they
used to give the reward to a student who brings a new student to the World
University. University also mentioned that the student or the learners can do
payment through the Paypal and credit card. The payments are not refundable once
they have pay to the university.
Significance
The contribution and the significance of the Worlds University towards the education
of the learners or the students are as follows:

The tutor or the professors of the Worlds University can use the internet for
delivering the extra knowledge towards the students. With the help of the online
classes, students can do the homework, give tests and research can be done

difficult task is to find out that entire the value provided to the students it depends on
the how institution monitors the behavior of the learner that during the interaction
with the classmates, scholars and with the e-learning system and if we say in
general language that the main concern is online monitoring of students that are in
the e-learning process. With the help of the CRM system, the World University used
top focus on the attracting and improving, maintaining customer relations (de Freitas
et al.,2015). The CRM system helps the is used for the drives faster device. The
emails & another communication system may be automated that in order to speed
up the response time. This system used to provide real-time numbers, graphs, and
data that is useful in the decision making. The CRM system helps the World
University to find or track the website where the students are usually used to find
about this university (Khan et al.,2016). The CRM system used to manage all the
digital event management system. It used to provide a structured way of
communication to their admitted students as well as professors. The CRM system
has great contribution in a marketing campaign, recruitment process as well as in the
admission process. It helps the World University to allocate their resources as well
as smartly plan their budget and manage their marketing campaigns in more
effective ways. This system is very much important and a great tool that is for
managing and targeting the greater number of leads and the prospective students
will also receive for the different students (Khan et al.,2016). As is well known that
the CRM system is costly but once it gets installed it used brings all the money back
which get invested while purchasing it.

The technology which is driven for the analyzing of the data and to presents the
actionable information for helping the executives cooperates and the managers just
to inform the business decision is the business intelligence. For the successful
organization, it is very essential to collets all the information regarding the business,
need lots of planning, support from the management along with the implementation
of the planning. And the core discipline to get this data is none other than the use of

organizing and maintaining the data.
With the increase in the demands for the performance and accountability in the
sector like the education, for the better making of the decision and the accurate

World University is an online university. This is the university which is made by the
combination of numbers of a private education institution. I have provides the
detailed information scheme like the customer loyalty and customer management
system software. And also highlighted the major role of the business intelligence to
make the sense of the unstructured data which will collect from the variety of sources
like the social media. The report also comments on the prospects of the world’s
university and make the recommendations that will improve the world universities
current performance. With the help of the customer relationship management, it will
be very easy for interaction between the professors and the students and also the
current trends in the online education system is analysis by collecting the
unstructured data with the help of the business analysis tool.

RECOMMENDATION
The World University should provide the lab classes also so that the lab works and
hand on work will not be difficult for simulating in the virtual classes. Firstly, students
should provide some computer classes so that if the students who are at the
beginners level of using the computer cannot face any difficulty in taking the online
classes. There is a need to improve some of the scheme provided by the university
and should provide some good strategy like the Freemium strategy for
advertisements of the university. The learner who has the bad habit of study or the
low motivation towards the study may be fall behinds so there should be some
special plans for such dull students by the World University. Students or learners
who will use the Worlds University classes will not feel isolated from the classmates
and the instructor for these it is important to make an appropriate plan so that they
will not feel isolated and can collect more and more information. There is also the
facility of directly contacting with the tutor as suppose if any students face any
problem regarding any topics so that they can directly consult with the tutor.
