from work from home to mitigate the covid virus and maintaining the social distancing. Work

Importance of work from home concert is trending in current times as all we are aware of

to every staff member that has to their work systematically done. By considering four major
skills which important for remote working that can improved by staff member: 1. Staff must

communicating through emails slacks or texting with even applied to using the chart function at
a time of video conferencing or at the time of hiring also. To keep always checking the
grammatical mistakes and punctuation and having a proof read of the article or whatever the
work is letter as it helps to create an positive impression on other person and increase the
vocabulary skills. Second skills Collaboration which means working remotely does not mean
working alone it need some sort of resource which has to make that work successfully done.
Usually e staff and employee need technical resources such as internet desktop and laptop
perhaps to easily work done by recording the information and communicating with clients
effectively. In this communication skills play an important role in collaboration it is co-ordinate

Another skills Time Management which is important during work from home to improve
the staff efficiency and manage to the personal as well as professional work systematically. This
ability to successfully manage the time in valuable skill to have benefit both employee and
employer. While working in home it is important to making the time properly manage to focus
on work that I'm sure the complete everything which is assigned by the organisation. To adding
in this time management helps to create work schedule on the basis of property timing which
individual person can follow and easily manage their task as per according. Last skill which
recommended to every employee is Adaptability that provides more flexibility in remote
working jobs (Bick, Blandin and Mertens., 2020). It is that employee need to prepare to adopt
new process or ways for working at the time of unexpected situation.

Staff or employee to manage their task at the time of remote working. Four major skills which
are described that is latest the effective communication, proper time management adaptability
and so on all plays an important role to make the work systematically complete and increase the
efficiency level.

shopping and staying home have caused us to produce more waste than before.
Yes there has been increasing of waste production of food delivers and online shopping
during pandemic situation. As people was not stepping out outside from their houses and online
food stores along with restaurants are facing attrition of customer interaction. Therefore wastage
of food is one of the reason people are not ordering online food services because they have to
maintain the social distancing and it was a very scariest moment of covid-19 at global level.
Restaurants and hotels where did not able provide the services and there is a high wastage of this
food stock which is not easy to recycle it and it turns in too high wastage.
Another way to reduce the waste it is important to know about rules of recycling which
is navigating the system actually quite simple after doing little research. The recycling process
would only applicable on reusable packaging materials which people use in their daily houses
wherever possible recycling is a next best option will prevent access of waste reduction and
provide the environment peaceful manner.
The ditching of plastic bags which is one of the simplest way to decrease the amount
of waste to produce usable to produce reusable bags by shopping aur buying some products and
services from local street market. Instead of depending on Supermarket plastic bags people must
bring their own back and put their store each items on it which can easily reusable. Keeping a
bunch of extra bags in the trunk of car right to the door any other hanging stand in house where
people will not be able to forget while go on shopping.
It is necessary to having making better meal plan purchase also adding in food waste
that is a huge problem in American household. This concept makes understand that people
should buy only those groceries which they are going to eat and make short to not having
wastage of that particular food material.
To start relying on reusable containers once it start buying only what the people need

to buy by in food materials it was stored properly from unwanted diseases and other viruses do
not make that food Waste. To store each and every food material in small plastic containers and
air tight containers which food make sure the secure of food. While purchasing of loose food
items from farmers market for bulk beans at Store like wholefoods reusable containers are
special important to have in kitchen.
It is important to start composting here it is every day a large amount of people
through into trash could be composed and returned to the earth welfare environment. To reusable
of that particular composting material can we reduce some amount of waste particles from
environment we should keep to save and clean the environment.
