Project
AI Summary
This project focuses on the development of a mobile application, specifically for Western Sydney University (WSU). It outlines a five-step process: idea generation, UI/UX design, development, testing, and launch/deployment. The project emphasizes the importance of market research and the significance of UI/UX design in user experience. The development stage involves back-end, server technology, and mobile application components. The project also highlights the testing phase for defect analysis and the final steps of publishing the application on app stores. A work breakdown structure (WBS) is included, along with a bibliography of relevant sources. The project provides a comprehensive overview of the mobile application development lifecycle, covering key aspects from initial concept to deployment.

Abstract
E-learning application for Western Sydney University can be quickly developed by making use
of five steps that are a generation of an idea, UX/UI design, development, testing, launch and
deployment. Firstly, As soon as the idea has been generated, it is very much essential to give
efforts to do proper market research and find out the viability of the project. Secondly, two
factors are the user interface and experience design, which found to be a decisive factor for
determining the success of the mobile application. UI (user interface) aims to provide a visual
effect which ultimately manifests the user application. The second thing is UX (experience)
which highlights various aspects of human interaction within the app. User interface design in
the application development method is defined as a wireframe. Style guides are all about
standard, consistency and usability, which stand out an important aspect of design. Thirdly, the
application development comprises of various activities like developing a suitable environment.
The development stage merely consists of three significant steps like back-end, server
technology, API and mobile application. Both database and server-side have become an
imperative technology which works like a supporting function of a mobile application by
connecting it to a network. Application programming interface merely comprises of a piece of
software which are developed by connecting the application to both back end and operating
system. The front end mobile application is where the end-user connects. Fourthly, the testing
stage help in analyzing any defect within the mobile application. Lastly, to launch the
application, this requires to be published on either Play Store or Apple App store.
