(Murphy, 2018).
I believe the major issue the company has been facing was due to technical demands and quick
development of cloud computing and subsequent features associated with the same. The
company has been working on its innovation and creative form to develop better products in the
accepted price range. I think the adaption of better technology will be better for the company to
develop in the future.
Stakeholders
Major stakeholder of Xerox is its customers and their demands, the customer base of the
company is a combination of companies and individual customers, thus keeping in count the
needs of all will be helpful in identifying the needs of all. Another stakeholder is the employees
that have been putting their innovation and knowledge to make products effective and
competitive as compared to others. Another important stakeholder is the suppliers and
distributors who deliver the products throughout the market and are a very good source of market
feedback and respondents to the market association and market needs. Another stakeholder is the
shareholders who have been sharing the profit and loss of the company and has been in all
support of the company.

the employees are free to adopt innovation and share the same with their team members and
senior management. This structure provides more verbal communication and facilities to the
people associated with the growth and development of an individual. This organic structure is
effective in the development of company goals and perspective that is being adapted on the basis
of micro and macro environment impact on Xerox. Organic structure is effective in developing
the future values of the company and developing policies for future company goals.
Motivating Employees
The company has been following Hertzberg’s Two Factor theory to identify the needs and
hygiene factors associated with the growth and motivation of the employees. This theory has
been very useful to see the challenges associated with the dissatisfaction of the employees and
making development in the subsequent policies of the companies. There have been various
incentive schemes launched by the company that shows that performing employees are needed to
be awarded bonus, salary increment, and development in their designation and career. There can
be other non-monetary benefits given to the employees like leave benefits, office timing and
career-related training and certification programs (Alshmemri, et. al. 2017).
Recommendations
By analyzing all the features, the major theory that attracted me was PESTLE analysis that
showed the lack of technical innovation in Xerox. The company has been working effectively to
place its products in all the market segments, but they did not pay much attention to the
development of innovative technology that has been related in the company. The company is
needed to focus more on digital technology and cloud computing and should make products
effective enough to deal with these factors. At the same time, they should focus on the cost factor

should focus more on its environmental technology as well to deal with all the waste material
associated with the technical changes involved in the development of the company.
Controls and Recommendations
In order to develop analyze the development of the company; I will be using feedback and
