accountability and ethical mechanisms when practicing with products & services, cost and
finances, partnerships and goodwill of the respective company.
ESTEEM IN THE ORGANIZATION
All staff are expected to behave respectfully and with dignity with each other. Any kind
of discriminatory behavior, harassment or victimization would not be tolerated. Any employee
who is a victim of such can report ZTP (Zero Tolerance Policy) towards the perpetrator.
PROTECTION OF COMPANY PROPERTY
All employees should treat the company’s property, tangible or intangible, with utmost care and
respect. The employees should not:
1. Misuse company’s equipments
2. Disrespect any kind of incorporeal property.

of gifts and bribes from other staff by the employees are discouraged. All employees should
follow the dress code religiously. Employees should follow standard working hours and days and
have to be punctual to avoid any unpleasant consequences.
