1. Conducting research planning along with the data analysis as per the proposed research
The proposed research planning is based on both primary and secondary methods of analysis.
Therefore, the researcher has conducted both survey questionnaires along with interviews set for
the establishment of XYZ Company for the launch of summer apparels for girls. The survey has
been conducted in an online survey format from 100 customers out of which 35 customers turned
up for the survey. Moreover, the researcher has set 2 interview questions for 2 managers of other
similar company in order to chalk out the possibilities of retail industries.

Q1. What are the trends followed by women of modern generation?
As per the first manager, the modern generation is the recollected fashion sense of the older one.
The trends followed by people in old days are getting revised in the 21st century. Therefore, in
case of women, the changing sense of fashion is highly noted. As women starts and ends a trend,
therefore, most of the crowds are observed in fashions shows catered by women.
As per the second manager, women do play an important role in the world of fashion, but the
modern generation is totally different from what was observed in the old years.
Q2. How far does the retail industry help in gaining profits?
As per the first manager, retail industries are one of the best means of earning profit, as people

stated that their choices and preferences are matched by company's products and hence this
increases the interest factor in them.

dissatisfied with the clothes and their collection observed from other retail companies. However,
about 6% of respondents records to stay neutral for the level of satisfaction they gain from other

to be sold by XYZ Company. They are looking forward to buy the new apparels that are to be

affordability along with high quality product.
