INTRODUCTION
TASK
When I was studying in the university different types of group assignment has been given
to me. I am very glad that I received this opportunity to perform these type of task. I think that
by performing all the group activity I was able to develop team work skill with in me. This PPT
is made by me and during the formation of this PPT I have to research from different sources. As
my research skill is very good I am able to find out the suitable content for the task which I have
received. In addition to this for the completion of this assignment. The task which have been
assigned to us is a group activity. First we divided the task among the different team members
according to the strength and weakness of the individual and then start performing the activity.
The task which I have received in this activity is totally research based. I have to research on the
promotional techniques of the accounting software which is company is going to launch. I
research about the marketing mix techniques and their elements and the Segmentation, targeting
and positioning process. By doing this the research skill which already been posses by me has
been evolve. I feel that I am a very good researcher and the quality of research which I have done
help in completing the task in a very proper manner. After doing this I feel very motivated.
During the research on the different topic the collaborative and team work skill has also been
developed within me. I start listening the point of view of the other team members due to which I
am able to communicate with my team members in a very proper manner.
During this PPT I have to take several decisions like divide of the task, making strategies, for
completing the task and many more. With this the decision making skill has also been developed
with in me. As I have to communicate all the task to all my team members with the help of
effective communication I am able to covey my thoughts and ideas in a very effective manner.
During this task different types of challenges has been faced by me and my team members. We
set the deadline that we completed the given task in the afternoon, but after 2-3 hour of starting
the task we see that the task is not going to complete within the set time limit. So me and my
team members make the strategies so that the task has been completed before the deadline. After
applying all these strategies we complete the task on the time with the help of this the time
management skill which have not been posses by me has been developed. This skill make me a

well organised person. I learned about the different techniques of marketing for promoting the
product, research skill has also been evolved, I learned how to the effective on time and many
more things. I think that the opportunity which I have received help me to become a successful
person in life because lots of skill and knowledge has been developed within me.
