employees of Yahoo upset and it has launched national conversation regarding the policies of

company does not discuss the internal matters. The manner of communication gave rise to
strong negative reaction among the common people. The aim of this report is to discuss about
the aspect of the peer-coaching that can be useful for the management of Yahoo. The report
talks about the importance of the problem-solving ability along with the team work that can
