1. Introduction of the project
This project depicts the crucial necessity of using professional project management
practices while renovating Yankee baseball Stadium. For New York Yankees it is a home field

condition of the stadium will also be improved a lot with such renovation. The authority has
decided to incorporate seats closure to the baseball stadium. The newly proposed stadium holds
certain technologies as well those can manage the security and safety related challenges. The
other instances of the project include marketing and functioning facilities that are available
during off season and non gaming time phases (Weinstein 2017). The baseball playing field will
be replicated with same features dimensions and stadium orientation. However, the height of the
new stadium will be similar to the current one that is around 138 feet.
2. Case study
The case study focuses on new look of Yankee Stadium that will be obtained after

New York Yankees has planned to incorporate supporting Information System technologies to it.
The stadium authority has planned to rely on information technology while incorporating needful
renovation on the existing stadium.

The sports committee has decided to add 1100 flat panel high definition monitors while
redesigning the stadium along with job functionalities. Theses monitors will also offer up to date
sports scores, live gaming coverage, promotional message videos, and interactive video

stadium lease, parking facilities sites as well (Edelman 2018). The maximum suggested height of
the stadium is 1388 feet. Some of the recreational facilities are also changed which helps to
replace the amount of losses so that the net values get increase. The project which has been
proposed will occupy the portion of Macomb’s Dam Park north and the south of East Jerome
Avenue. The recreational facilities can eliminate all the operational and functional challenges

(Edelman 2018). In order to complete the project within estimated budget and time other two
important factors those are to be followed accordingly include time management and cost
management. However, interaction among the project team members is also very important.
Open communication is the best possible solution should be used by the project team members to
share project related information. It is realized that, before entire renovation of the stadium work
the rest of the field was used to play matches. Due to the parkland amount certain shortfalls are
also countered (Palendat 2018). Apart from that the replacement parkland amount will be
actually provided during the construction project development phase. It is expected that with the
completion of the renovation project the below are the features the project manager will be able

proposed project the state funding facilities are also be available (Sorrells, and Kempf 2017).
Proper completion of the project will identify the potential impacts based on the expected
changes in terms of land usage, zoning and public policies. The audience can identify the
socioeconomic conditions considering a historic research analysis results. Accurate mitigation
measures will also be potentially identified. In addition to this the urban design and details visual
resources used will be identified (Gayer, Drukker and Gold 2016). The hazardous materials and
the used list of natural resources are also elaborated in this project. Specific traffic and offered
parking facility details can also be identified with the successful implementation of the project by
the end of 2009. In addition to this, the lists of required future commitments are also elaborated
