Introduction
In this assignment, SAP S/4HANA was executing in the organisation named as “Yes
Chemist Pty Ltd”. The system of SAP was executing the business solution in one
area of this organisation. It completed into two phases that is first, SAP system will
be executed and secondly, CRM System will be executed. For executing this
system, CRM System has to be used while implementing the process for the
organisation named as “Yes Chemist Pty Ltd” with the use of the technique of cloud.
For executing this system, there are many factors that were analysed by the
manager. VUIS Consultancy Service was needed for implementing or completing the
overall task of the organisation. For executing this project successfully, then the
specified information was would be gathered by the organisation or company. After
that, project manager would manage or define each and every member roles for
implementing this project. The overall cost was calculated or evaluated with the
planning done for the project.
In the next phase, the CRM System was executed by completing the number of
phases that were defined on the basis of milestones or the partitioned tasks. The
project delivery was easily understandable with the use of project planning. By this,
the organisation “Yes Chemist Pty Ltd” will able to improve their customer
relationships and the services by executing the SAP System. The CRM System and
SAP S/4HANA will improve services, marketing, and sales of the organisation. For
executing the project successfully, the communication, summary, budget and the
resources were explained in the overall project with the total number of phases.
Project scope
For executing the CRM System and SAP S/4HANA, the organisation “Yes Chemist
Pty Ltd” will provide a total count of customer services. These services increased the
services, marketing and the sales of each and every activity of the organisation.
Although, the CRM System and SAP S/4HANA will improve customer services and
their sales. The aim of the project and the objectives explained below:
