Project summary
The project linked with deployment of SAP in Yes chemist pharmacy is being implemented
to reduce the operational weakness that the group of pharmacies are facing mainly because
of the legacy old process that is followed within Yes Chemist. The project incorporates
conversion of the existing data to a format which will be supported by the new system. The
SAP business all in one system that is proposed is expected to reduce the operational
weaknesses of the pharmacy. The proposed project is expected to improve the considerably
weaker sales and the revenue growth persisting in the organisation. The successful closure
of the project is subjected to identification and elimination of the most significant risks linked
with the project. A realistic project schedule is prepared which will ascertain completion of
each task as per the specifications.
