Introduction
Yes Chemist Pvt. Ltd. is a group of pharmacies located in major cities of Australia. Them
headquarter is situated in South Melbourne, Victoria. They provide beauty and health
products. In a review, it was found that there are some weaknesses in the operations. So,
they decided to move the HR, accounting, and inventory management systems on SAP
S/4HANA for SAP Business All-in-One. To strengthen their marketing and sales, it was
decided to implement core on-premise SAP CRM.
VUISC secured this contract and was asked to propose a solution for that. The task is to
develop a charter, project plan that can meet training and implementation requirements and
present the project status to the VUISC Manager.

Since Yes Chemist is experiencing the downfall in sales, marketing and annual revenue
growth in the current fiscal year, it can be comprehended that the current business
operations and services are not appropriate and sufficient enough to meet the growing
market demands. Hence, to improve the sales and marketing services and eventually the
company revenue, migration to SAP S/4HANA for SAP Business All-in-One is the best

Project Schedule and Approach (Rollout strategy)
The project will be conducted and completed in two phases. The first phase will involve
system conversion from current business operations to new SAP S/4HANA on premises. It
will also involve the expansion of head office server room to accommodate new server
hardware required for hosting hardware production instances.
In the second phase, VUISC team will focus on deployment of SAP CRM version 7.0. This
implementation of CRM software will take place on Cloud platform using Software-as-a-
service. The SAP CRM 7.0 cloud implementation can be deployed with a starting cost of $58
per month.
The third phase is the last phase in which operations like post data migration analysis,
testing of the implemented solution and rectification of errors will take place by the client’s
team. This phase will take around 1week business days.

Budget
The project budget was made in the MS project tool by including the cost of the human
resources that worked for the project, the cost of the SAP system, the cost of modifying the
server room and installing the cables for further work, and other expenses of buying cables
and hardware and there testing costs.
The total cost of the project came out to be $231,190.00. This cost includes the different
charges of the resources and other expenses. This was the proper budget as described in
the scenario.
