As per the view of Fielding (2015), skills development is considered as a primary means
of young people and thus it helps them to make smooth transition to work in regard to attain
desired results. Therefore, youth employability is enhancing in every and every sector as it helps

focuses upon improving the youth employability as they are empowered with different skills and
capabilities so that best results can be attained (Fielding, 2015). According to International
labour Office (ILO), it can be reviewed that there is a mismatch situation between the labour
market requirements and their education and training is the main reason why youth is facing
problems in findings suitable job. Here, youth employability is increasing in health care sector in
the form of voluntary workers, doctors, care nurses etc., that aims to deliver quality care and
support to patients in regard to overcome their health problems. As per the view of Thrall and et.
al. (2012), employability skills demonstrating current practices in the development of health of
employees. In respect to this, it is a set of achievement which considered skills, understanding

complex in the nature but determine as blend of skills, attitude, experience, motivation and
interest that demonstrate as learning to the challenges that determine work in the present (Thrall

Thrall and et. al., (2012), stated that it is essential for youth to empower their skills and
capabilities related to people health for proper growth and reduction of poverty levels and helps
in generating income activities so that society can be provided best services. Here, focus mainly
lies upon the employability of youth and thus it is essential for them to enhance their skills
through different skill development programs and help them to overcome challenges and become
self reliant (Thrall and et. al., 2012). However, Jian (2012), argued that youth carries out the
work in relation to create awareness of several health diseases and ensure the strengthening of
referral system so that it enables young people to access friendly health services in heath care
setting. Empowering youth with skills is essential and thus it enables them to create their own
employment and deliver quality health care facilities to patients within care home (Jian, 2012).
Das and Subudhi (2015), stated that science and technology considered as skills and attributes
which can be done in appropriate manner through business will easily make plan for create better
value within the firm. Several studies in this context, determine profitable manner. As results, it
will easily consider as business plan of the company. In addition to this, business also relevance
of up graduate courses which can be done in systematic manner for the business. In order to
create positive outcomes, other capabilities potentially address in the part of achievement

As per the opinion of Reflections (2016), youth employability possess positive impact
upon health care services and thus improves the quality of life of patients. As youth is
empowered and thus possess advanced knowledge regarding technology and other methods
which would prove to be beneficial for patients in regard to provide best services to care users
(Reflections, 2016). Therefore, care setting is required to provide timely training to its youth and
they should work with full zeal and enthusiasm so that they can enhance their skills and
capabilities and attain best results. However, Das and Subudhi (2015), argued that youth who
possess quality education, training and set of key competencies possess a higher employability

cause such as providing health care service to patients. It also assists in engaging youth and

Further, it could be evaluated that employer are required to focus upon recruiting more
number of youth workers and encourage them to give their best performance that will ultimately
improve the competencies and skills as per (Fielding, 2015). Thus, it is significant for care
workers to develop positive environment in workplace and enhances the youth employability so
that all the rules and regulations could be followed in an effective way. Therefore, employing
more number of youth in the form of doctors, volunteers, care nurses etc. helps in monitoring
and reviewing the health and delivering best care opportunities to workers. However, Thrall and
et. al., (2012), argued that if organization does not balance the employment of both youth who
are empowered and old people who possess knowledge and experience will affect negatively in
market. Thus, it could be assessed that youth employability is considered as the positive sign for
health care patients and leads to improving their health conditions and attain desired results
(Thrall and et. al., 2012).
As per the view of Jian (2012), there are different strategies through which youth
employment can be enhanced in regard to improve the workplace culture and structure.
Individual is provided proper training and development to workers that helps them to get
encourage and render best working abilities and thus enhance the quality care services in HSC.
Also, providing them attractive benefits and workplace so that it encourages youth to work
within the firm and contribute towards common goals (Jian, 2012). Providing non formal
learning ways would help in developing creativity and innovative potential of young people and
thus participate in high numbers within organization to render best care services to patients.
Also, employer is required to understand the training needs of workers and then provide them
specific courses that aims to enhance their competency and efficiency in regard to obtain
efficient skills and attain best results. However, Reflections (2016) argued that innovation and
skills easily develop fundamental aspects through business can make their transactions for
learning outcomes. It will not define motivation and interest within the firm which can
considered as effective transactions for development of firm. Different employees are operating
plan, in which business can considered effective notifications through business will easily

determine their goals and targets in effective manner. Examination of the employer requirements
not easily considered by business and not much help with attempting employability skills. It also
highlights some areas in which different members can contribute partners and businesses
outcomes.
Thence, it could be stated that in such fierce competition in market, it is essential for
youth to possess effective employability skills that proves to be efficient for them to improve
their capabilities and efficiency to utilise their learning and knowledge in regard to attain best
results (Increasing Youth Employability, 2014). Here, improving youth employability in care
home will prove to be useful for patients as they receive quality care from employees and attain
desired results. Hence, youth employability is considered as beneficial for both youth and
patients to enhance learning and attaining quality care services to achieve shared goals. In this
study, consist employability of fresh engineering graduates in the country so that it can be also
generate problems within the company. As results, various quality management tools consist by
business which can be done in appropriate manner of the firm. Details of this quality can be
