are various teams and centers which used to take under control of the Youth offending the used
to supervise all the young people in order to make them secure and get them self aware about the
drawbacks of being engaging in all the offences. Youth offending teams tries to supervise and
encourage Positive mindset of all the youths in the society. This report will cover a case scenario

Governmental policies and initiatives in youth offending
The government has made various preventive programs for the young children and adults
in order to make them away from the crime. There were ran various communities which involve
the parents and families through which they try to rehabilitate adults towards a better future, the
government regulated certain programs when analyze that adults are committing crimes, or doing
any antisocial behavior then they try to convince adults to join such programs in order to
outgrow their career (O’Neill, 2018). There are certain measures which are being taken by them
they are like:
They were made several offending teams which try to start free requirements and also the
arrangements in order to remove the crimes. Section 38 of crime and disorder act 1998
implies funds that are being given for youth justice services through which they make
direct payment for the all the youth’s centers other than that the local authorities, police,
the probation services all used to take care of children and youths.
There were made several youth management which helps to know the interdepartmental
areas and established the use of making teams through which they determine the
composition and functions that are necessary for the youth justice.
Section 40 of the crime and disorder act 1998 provides all youth justice plan through
which all the local authority after getting consultations will help to compose and frame
the programs which are being directed for the children and young people.
All the CAMHS helps to prevent the re-offending that has been done by the children and
young people, they support the victim of the crime, also help to improve the behavior and
integrity for the community, encourages young people to remove the crime and also show
them the consequences which occur from the crime(McCuish, and Corrado, 2018).
The formal and informal social factors that may pull John in or out his offending
behaviour.
As there are various factors which can help the youths to remove themselves from all the
offences and to get a better life they are as follows:
Proper environment: All the youths in their early life should get a proper environment
from the parents, their teachers and all the caretakers which used to make them to know
about the positive and negative impact of the society in all the ongoing culture and

behavior they should properly look after the children in the early age in and all there
behavioral activities.
Better education facilities: The youth should get a better education facilities from the
early age through which they will get to know about the ethics and morality and should
try to implement that in their behavior. A good education leads to a better human being
and all the parents and the guardians should take care about it (Malvaso, Delfabbro, and
Day, 2017).
Peer pressure: The major factors which affect the youths in offending behavior is a peer
pressure as most of them don’t even get to know that what they are going through and on
that early age they get attracted to all the illegal activities and the acts which should not
be persuaded so there should be a proper look out of all the elders towards the children
while they are retaining teenage.
Family culture: Basically all the youths used to get their first teacher and ideal in their
family. And they usually grasp most of the habits from their family members and their
elders. So all the family members should try to behave in a positive manner in front of
their children. And also should keep eye on the youths as to know about their friend
circle and also the activities in which they are being involved. Through all these taken
avoid various issues and offences that can make them to work in a proper manner, it is
merely very important that all the elders of the family should take care and guide their
adults about the morals and ethics
Thus, John can also be pulled out from the offending behavior through a better education
from understanding the peer pressure and also by giving them a good environment. As there is
being made the cultural and the variable impact through which he can be made avoided from all
the situations and also to attain the nature and the methods and the areas can be maintained out
(Lynch, 2018).This simplifies that all the cultural and the natural behavior or the person can be
obtained through the family. This implicate that the perfect areas and the family culture as to
help out all the people in various methods and also frame the natural and the upcoming un
certainty of events.

Analyse factors contributing to why young people experience the school to prison
line.
There are mostly young peoples and the children don’t find schools to be a good place, as
they feel much pressure in going to school and getting education some of the major reasons for
that are as follows:
At times teachers used to give pressure on the mind of children through which they feel
de-motivated and also but not being able to handle it in a good way.
Schools should try to implement more practical knowledge rather than theoretical so that
children can attain interest in their field and subject, as while getting the theories they feel
quite boring and also not being able to attain interest in any subject.
Teachers at times used to discriminate or punish the student who are not that good in
studies which make the students scared of school and also to not liking that place, in such
things teacher should try that they should not discriminate any student and should treat all
of them equally and try to make them a better person by teaching them all the ethical and
moral behavior (Larkins, and Wainwright, 2020).
The strict rules and regulations which are being made in the schools create a mindset in
children that they compare it to prison line and for that schools should try some flexible
approach is by making a casual and a good atmosphere for all the children.
Schools should try to make the children learn some better areas and more conducts and
should behave with them in friendly manners as to maintain there interest towards the
learning and also to outgrow their personality in varies manner.
Teachers should maintain certain fun activities and culture through which the students
can gain much interest in all the societal approaches, there should not be made any
discrimination in between the students and all of them should be treated in an equal
manner (Kennedy-Turner and et.al., 2020).
Which programes may be suitable for John’s case? Why so?
There are various programs which are applied as in order to maintain him and guide him
in proper manner. The awareness programs which should be applied are as follows:
CAMHS (child and adolescent mental health service): This will help out John to deal
with all the mental issues that he is being facing while he was a child. John was more
likely to be affected from his childhood as his parents left him in early age and that

affected his mental health. John can also be made to participate in this program so as he
will get to know about all the problems and how to deal with the issues he has been
facing in his early childhood (Hurren, Stewart, and Dennison, 2017)
There should also be a peer pressure awareness programs that can be given to John so as
he will get to know about all the consequences in the positive and negative aspects which
he will going to face in his early age. Through all such programs there will be a positive
outcome like the problems and the issues which a person used to face in his teenage can
be solved and he can see the world in a positive way and will able to take decisions
accordingly.
John should also get a weapon awareness programs through which he will know about
the danger of keeping weapons, and also about the consequences of using it on the
people. This awareness will help out to not to use any of the weapon on people or a
society in any case.
Which public services may work in collaboration with Fairwick Youth Offending
Service to provide support for the service and John.
There are several public services which can help out John in order to be a better person
and to avoid all such offences and criminal activities they are like
the team of employment and employability can also be joined (ELd, and et.al., 2021).
John should also get a weapon awareness programs through which he will know about
the danger of keeping weapons, and also about the consequences of using it on the people. This
awareness will help out to not to use any of the weapon on people or a society in any case. All
such awareness will help them out to know about the illegality and also the negative impact on
the society of carrying weapons with them. There are certain measures and also the remedies
which can be given to them so as they will not use any dangerous and harmful equipments. As
when all the young adult try to maintain and outgrow all the element, All these weapons when
come in the hand of youths create an immense danger to the society. And there has been made
certain programs and restrictions that are to be imposed and all the young adults in order to use
weapons. There has been a slight certain legality by the government in restricting all the youths
and the children to keep weapons with them. It creates immense danger and also applied on the
safety of children while they use the weapons for fun activities. As John has used to threaten and

for robbery the equipment and the weapon is not being legalized it should have to be removed
important area any means analyzed methods.
Another public service which can help John by collaborating with Fairwick youth offending
service is awareness about the anger management and consequential thinking course through
which they will make the children and youths well aware about the ethical behavior and the
moral consequences with the code of conduct that they should apply In there behavior and also
about the nature in the positive outcome of the society (Baetz, and Widom, 2020)
Usually in teenagers anger issues used to develop a lot as there has been seen that we used to get
angry when any of the adult try to make them know about the difference of right and wrong and
they used to think that everyone is there Rival. All the youths should get a proper meditation and
also some course of anger management through which they can calm themselves down and also
behave patiently in various situations as such methods will help them to regain the better
personality. Although all the schools in the education areas should start the anger management
course through which they should teach their children about the behavior in the method that
should be adapted while being involving in any difficult situation. This will help them out to
work and to grow in an organization in a better manner.
