INTRODUCTION
Cooperation is referred to an agreement which has been formed between institution and a
political or economic circles. The school forms a partnerships with the other institutions which
focuses on major issues such as youth welfare, school psychology and police prevention so that
students are provided with right social environment to grow and prosper. It has become very
important for form right cooperation between individuals so that right environment could be
formed. The regulation of coordination between educational and social institutions stands crucial
as well and should be managed by external participants or authority so that right circumstances
could be formed. It can be considered as a strategy which is helpful in strengthening relations
between parties and achievement of common goals is facilitated. This assessment strictly follows
relationship which has been shared between youth welfare services and educational institutions
so that a right understanding could be formed. It is an approach which attempts to improved
organizational processes and procedures. There has been lots of problems identified while
forming a cooperation between concerned parties such as no coordination, transparency and
communication which are to be resolved in the right manner to make best use of favorable
circumstances. The activities mainly involve collective need assessment which focuses on
designing co-curricular activities so that students are developed in the right manner. The reason
for being this concept is undertaken is that German education system have been identified to be
less effective and there is an minimal inculcation of the social features in the education. The
consideration will be given to social workers in school to identify the major barriers and
potential outcomes availed by student on their resolution.
THESIS STATEMENT
This thesis attempts to identify the state of relations which has been shared between
social workers and teachers in an organization. It is an strategy on social grounds which aims to
provide holistic development. It is obvious in Program for international student assessment that
German schools are lacking behind than rest of the educational system most of student does not
get opportunity to even score a degree in schools. There is a need for effective reforms in these
education system which are able to rectify problems encountered. It has been realized that
educational institution will not be able to get hold of this situation and therefore requires a

reforms carried out to make sure that students are provided with a better environment by
supporting students on social, cognitive and emotional level. The schooling system in the
Germany can be categorized on the basis of voluntary, compulsory and a balanced combination
of both the schooling system. It has been identified that compulsory schooling approach have
become crucial as there is an equal emphasis on the leisure and fun activities which are essential
for a growth of a child. The care services which are being present in the contemporary schooling
system plays a crucial role and assures that students are provided with comprehensive learning
and developing circumstances. The concept of social pedagogy is a concept which focuses on the
uplifting stature of socially and economically disadvantaged children and to make sure that they
are provided with equal development opportunities so that there is a positive change in the social
and human behavior. Finally it can be said that protection and supporting children against sexual
abuse, violence and addiction will be provided with youth welfare institution. Such feature could
only be availed prior to formation of right coordination and cooperation amongst institution
which is an difficult task.
APPROACH TO DATA COLLECTION
The information on the subject topic have been collected through interviewing various
social workers and teachers who possess decent experience in this segment. The reason being
experience makes a person familiar with numerous aspects which can not be availed through
theoretical means. The information which has been provided by them is collected and further
analyzed through taking into consideration Philipp Mayring's qualitative content analysis. This
approach focuses on providing a detailed description of the content along with explanation of the
basic problems. This approach known to cater a researcher with systematic analytical tool so that
right results are formed. The research in this segment focuses upon framework of cooperation
between youth welfare and school along with identification of problems and potential which is
being carried out by it. The research question further provided with theoretical based definition
and stating rules for each of the categories and their summative check and lastly interpretation of
results of the research. This main idea behind taking up this model for analysis is that it cater
explicit definitions for each of the categories which undertaken in this subject. The various
definition which are taken into considering are coded together to make sure that coding agenda
have been formed. Recently there have been a use of computer software to ensure that analysis
of information collected has been carried out in the right manner leading to better results.

RESULTS
There were several interviews conducted in order to identify state of cooperation shared
amongst youth welfare institutions and schools in Germany. The cooperation in this context is
referred to be a state on which both the parties agree to work as per the stated terms so that there
is a positive change in the process and procedures. The structure which has been formed between
youth welfare societies and schools is another feature which is helpful in making sure that there
is an right coordination and cooperation among different elements. It is essential to evaluate the
state of relationship which has been shared between the parties so that their major challenges and
opportunities could be identified so that they can be practiced. The Karl Max stated that
cooperation is a right division of labor which is determined by the intertwined and extensive
processes leading to formation of better results. This research undertakes deductive approaches
so that analysis is carried out on the basis of hypothesis. Another reason for undertaking this
approach is that it helps in understanding of relationship which has been shared between two
variables. This research aims to analyze structure and frameworks on which relationship between
social workers and school and identifying measures through potential of such relations could be
exploited. This model of content analysis works through provision of definition further provision
of theoretical background related to research question so that can be further considered as criteria
for determination.
The primary interview was conducted with Mrs. Waldmann who have been working with
social care institution for over a period of 14 years. The concept of comprehensive school is
relatively newer for students in Germany as it attempts to consider holistic development of a
young child. The questions were asked to identify state of relationship which has been shared
between school and social workers. The teachers in school are provided with a responsibility to
provide education to students whereas social workers attempt to identify disturbances and issues
which have been encountered by students and assures that students are able to uplift their
performance. There have been a distant relationship shared between social workers and teachers
as they are not aware the manner through which they could be treated are confined to imparting
them with education. Another reason being that teacher have only relied on the theoretical
knowledge which is being imparted to them and which does not explain the manner in which
students are to be treated in the right manner. The student ranging from 5th to 8th grade are
provided with an opportunity to facilitate learning which has been often ill-utilized by the

teacher. It has been identified from the research that students ranging in that age group can make
best use of the social learning classes so that they don't get off the track of learning and
ultimately becoming a capable human being.
The students have been identified to be lower on the communication, cooperation and
experiential parts which Interviewee tried to cater during the allocated social learning period
during the school. Considering the time period allotted for education, social learning time period
was not enough so Mrs. Waldmann tried to make proper use of free time which was being
utilized by children for lunch or carrying out playing activities. They would find social teacher
under a banana shed and discuss queries if they had any. Considering the major space station
which was being offered to social teachers, it was evident that state of cooperation and
coordination between teachers and social workers was negligible. There is hardly any discussion
with teachers which lead to improper treatment to student and a major compromise with their
overall development opportunities. The social workers attempted to form work or group rooms
under which there there were numerous activities undertaken such as musical evening which
have failed as there was no cooperation from teachers and other authorities which failed to create
an impact upon students. It can be ascertained that level of experience familiarizes a social
workers with various approaches which can assure that a students develops on the social and
cognitive grounds as well along with attaining education.
The students in the country have been victim of poor educational system in the country
and results were such that they were 21st in terms of competency out of 32 nations participated in
PISA. The underlying cause which has been identified is that social background of people have
emerged to be worse and needs to be thought upon so that stature of students could be developed.
There is a greater extent of population which does not have access to proper schooling and
higher education due to poor economic status. The government have undertaken numerous
reforms which can not achieve any results until there is right coordination between numerous
institution. The educational institutions provides a customized approach to learning which can be
altered as per requirement of students. It was discovered that there is an desperate needs of an
institution which can partner schools in overcoming their problems and queries. The Youth
welfare grounds can provide students with right counseling and guidance with which they are
able to enhance their performance. The formation of different school and team grounds helps in
understanding needs of student on different level. Communication is referred to exchange of

opinion and ideas among two or more people. There is negligible communication between social
care workers and teachers. There are numerous reason which have been identified between
teachers and social care workers is that there is a level of incompatibility and difference in
experience which determines the manner through which work is carried out. The reserved nature
of teachers affect the facilitation of communication amongst children and their lack of training
and knowledge has been determines future of children. Therefor it is essential to form an
intervention of social groups so that they are provided with good development opportunities.
