so that a right understanding could be formed. It is an approach which attempts to improved
organizational processes and procedures. There has been lots of problems identified while
forming a cooperation between concerned parties such as no coordination, transparency and
communication which are to be resolved in the right manner to make best use of favorable
circumstances. The activities mainly involve collective need assessment which focuses on
designing co-curricular activities so that students are developed in the right manner. The reason
for being this concept is undertaken is that German education system have been identified to be
less effective and there is an minimal inculcation of the social features in the education. The
consideration will be given to social workers in school to identify the major barriers and
potential outcomes availed by student on their resolution.

The primary interview was conducted with Mrs. Waldmann who have been working with
social care institution for over a period of 14 years. The concept of comprehensive school is
relatively newer for students in Germany as it attempts to consider holistic development of a

between school and social workers. The teachers in school are provided with a responsibility to
provide education to students whereas social workers attempt to identify disturbances and issues
which have been encountered by students and assures that students are able to uplift their
performance. There have been a distant relationship shared between social workers and teachers
as they are not aware the manner through which they could be treated are confined to imparting
them with education. Another reason being that teacher have only relied on the theoretical
knowledge which is being imparted to them and which does not explain the manner in which
students are to be treated in the right manner. The student ranging from 5th to 8th grade are
provided with an opportunity to facilitate learning which has been often ill-utilized by the

which was being offered to social teachers, it was evident that state of cooperation and
coordination between teachers and social workers was negligible. There is hardly any discussion
with teachers which lead to improper treatment to student and a major compromise with their
overall development opportunities. The social workers attempted to form work or group rooms
under which there there were numerous activities undertaken such as musical evening which
have failed as there was no cooperation from teachers and other authorities which failed to create
an impact upon students. It can be ascertained that level of experience familiarizes a social
workers with various approaches which can assure that a students develops on the social and
cognitive grounds as well along with attaining education.
The students in the country have been victim of poor educational system in the country
and results were such that they were 21st in terms of competency out of 32 nations participated in
PISA. The underlying cause which has been identified is that social background of people have
emerged to be worse and needs to be thought upon so that stature of students could be developed.

higher education due to poor economic status. The government have undertaken numerous
