Zara has been a brand of Inditex group which has first started their journey in the year 1975.
Inditex first opened their fashion store in Spain in the year 1975 which has been recognized
with the name at the year 1976.
History of journey
The company started their journey back in 1975 than in the year 1981-1988 the company
started opening multiple stores in the different cities of Spain. During the late 1988 the
company started expanding their business into the multiple cities worldwide. The company in
recent time having their presence in 73 countries with having 1540 stores. In the year 2003
the company also entered into the business housing furnishing. This enabled them to open
multiple store for fashion and as well furnishing store in city area of different countries.
