regarding current research topic. In order to collect relevant data on the basis of impact of
managing cultural diversity in eliminating conflict among employees, questionnaire will be
applied. As it is an effective and useful techniques to collect accurate information. With the
assistance of this, researcher can take accurate decision and at the same time also make a reliable
study.
Sampling: It is also an important activity in which researcher select sample size from the
larger population with the aim of collecting valuable information so that reliable outcomes can
be easily accomplished. It includes two type of sampling techniques such as probabilistic and
non-probabilistic (Rahim and Gunlu, 2016). For this research, probabilistic sampling technique

of the investigation. Along with this, current research is also support in me improving my future
growth and success. It developed my time management skill, decision making skills, data
collection skill, knowledge about laws and regulation and so on. On the other side, at the time of
undertaking research activities, I have also faced various challenges that put negative impact
over the end outcomes of the study. In this regards, unethical behaviour of respondents,
inappropriate time and cost are the major issues. For overcoming from these challenges, I have
prepared an effective plan and also made open-ended questions in which respondents feel free in
sharing their views and opinion about the specified research area. By using this, I can make
overall research more successful and beneficial as well.

beneficial in reducing the possibilities of creating any kind of misunderstanding between

REFLECTION
Current research was effective and successful as it includes various tools and techniques
through which researcher can easily gathered detailed evaluation on the basis of research topic.
As a researcher I felt glad to take this opportunity to carry out this study because it helped in me
developing my skills and knowledge about how to undertake research in a systematic manner.
Under this, I have used positivism research philosophy, deductive approach, primary data and
many more to analyse as well as collected quantifiable data towards the specified research area.
All these type of methods assist me in completing entire research activities in successful manner.
For collecting accurate information I have prepared a structured questionnaire through which I
can easily accomplished set aims and objectives of research. With the use of questionnaire I
gathered data on the basis of managing cultural diversity and how it help in eliminating conflicts
