I hope you are doing well. Recently with the new changes made in the fashion industry by
global fashion association to make the fashion industry focusing the sustainable development
of their product and change the straight management system into circularity sustainable
management system. Your group ZARA, by the INDITEX group has introduced the
significant steps to implement the introduced changes like contracting with the eco-friendly
stores and contracting with the sustainably developed fibres suppliers (Natashah, 2019). As
ZARA introduce two collections in a year one for summer season and another for the winter.
Our industry produce natural fibres those are of the sustainable nature and cultivated on
organic based cultivation, these fibres crops include cotton, nylon and other useful fibres.
I am writing this email to you as the proposal offer of sale and purchase contract. This is a
direct proposal from our industry to you, to sign the contract of purchasing of the fibres from
our industry. Some details about our industry and this contract are given below

Our industry is dealing the production of naturally made fibres useful for the manufacturing
