INTRODUCTION

This project is based on Zara Home which is famous as Home furnishing company of Spain.

group. It was incorporated in the year 2003 with 408 stores in more than 40 countries. Now,
management wants to expand their number of operations in some more regions by exploring
their venture idea and concept for improving lifestyle. In this context, senior management
identifies Portugal as an appropriate region to explore their venture with the support of foreign
direct investment.
This aspect aids management in enhancing their profit margin as well as a number of ventures
worldwide (Murray, et. al., 2017). As business already have good command over on worldwide
