INTRODUCTION
Employees are generally the most important person in all the organisations it helps
out to manage the growth in the business and organisations in order to make it successful.
There is being seen that in all the companies the employers should focus on satisfying the
needs of the employees and to keep them flexible and with cooperative environment. The use
of zero hours contract generally creates a negative impact on all the employees and
employers in the companies. This is mainly and implemented contract through which
employees were not being provided a regular work and are being system restricted for a
minimum working hour which creates negative influence on the functioning of the
company(Delves-Yates, 2021).In this report there will be covered two parts in which the
initial part will provide the individual debate regarding the negative impact and the other part
will cover the personal reflection regarding learning outcomes.

Individual Debate report
The topic chosen is the use and its negative consequences of zero hours contract for
both employees and the organisation.
As a debate is usually being between two groups in which one of the groups used to
reflect the favour points of the debate and the other side talk as in against the topic. This topic
emphasises on the employees who are being working under zero hours contract as they
usually face various issues and the consequences which creates a major dissatisfaction in
them, there is being seen that it creates a negative impact in all the working areas and also on
the teams. But the team has given their points as in regard to the negative and the positive
impact of the zero-hour contract. As in this case there is being seen that the individual
contribution regarding the favour of general topic and also for the members who are being
trying to win in the team. Zero-hour contract creates a major influence on the performance of
the company and affect it (Allen and et. al., 2020). This, majorly creates a negative
consequence for the workforce environment and the business areas. The main element in the
winning point is like flexible working hours through which the organisation makes their
employees to gain the satisfaction and proper potential in an effective manner. This helps to
provide a proper offer regarding the rights of the employs in order to manage, accept or reject
the working hours and the flexible scenarios with the particular job. As usually the flexible
working hours are not being provided to employees who are being attending to work. There is
being seen the major highlight meant regarding the zero-hour contract is influence which

creates on the bed sick leave where they were forced in order to work where they are not in a
condition or any willingness to do. Such kind of environment affects the motivation level and
also creates a major impact on the mental and the physical state of mind. There is being
argued that continuous zero- hour contract can also gradually make the companies to
employees. Along with it there is also argued by the winning team about the zero- hour
contracts which lacked a work life balance and also make the employees not being properly
aware about the major facts for the working system. Some of the major issues in the work our
contract like the night and day shifts, sleepless nights, imbalance and improper lifestyle
which are being given by the winning team in the financial stability which is being faced by
the employees in all such jobs(Oates, 2021). Other than this some of the major points which
were being argued in favour of such topics are the impacts regarding to the zero-hour contract
is the family issues as there is being seen that employees have to cancel the commitments
which are being given to the families as due to some urgent work. The winning team also
provided strong reflective point regarding the zero-hour contract which helps to focus and
giving a clear idea about the mental health of the employees and the dissatisfaction which is
being created and exploitation which is being forced.
Other side arguments
Another team was against the topic about the use of zero-hour contracts as it manages
the negative impact and consequences for both the employers and employees in the business
practises (McCullough,2020). This usually creates a situation in which the impossible areas
through which teammates are managed. There is also being seen and argued that in case if
employees are not being working it’s according to the requirements that will also influence
the performance of the organisation and also targets which will not manage the profitability
and can affect the productivity of the company. Along with this there is being seen that the
arguments also covered know our contract through which business organisation usually make
the objectives and goals of the companies do not being achieved and it also led to face major
issues regarding to know pensions, revenue loss and many more. There is also being seen the
enhancement of performance through which the goals in the targets are being achieved and
the groups usually argues on the last of the debate through which they analysed as zero-hour
contract which affects an influence the performance of employees and lead to profitability.

In this report the major individual contribution through the debate is being managed. I
with the help of Gibbs model try to analyse the reflective report as this helps out to examine
all the experience and the general psychic nature. With the help of this debate, I was able to
manage and gain the verbal and written communication skill which are required for the
debates. I managed and focus on different barriers through which the course of present debate
is being covered. While trying to manage the work on the bed also focused on getting some
important crucial requirements through which a strong base in the arguments can be managed
for all such purpose, I managed to work on different researching scale through which are
evaluated General sources, online available articles and other relevant information which are
being made it in the strong argument base. I try to use the verbal communication in order to
present the viewpoints and also to manage the better representation for the group. I gained a
positive thoughts and experience as I understood the major relevancy through which the
effective communication skills being managed and also gain the clarity of speaking about the
general important aspects which are being needed for a viewpoint of positive listeners. I
experienced it all the non-verbal communication mainly accompanied that I am able to
manage a proper clear ideas and views with proper thoughts which laid out effective topics of
debates. This involves eye contact, gestures, postures, facial expressions. In overall
importance for general effective communication there is being seen that verbal along with the
non-verbal communication is important for the development and the growth of the listener
and speaker.
I analysed that from my further evaluation this present debate helps me to enhance my
problem-solving skills. As in the initial phase I was not being able to manage a proper
working about the collection of ideas and information and this helps me how to manage the
relevant working and knowledge of information regarding to the topic and the viewpoints. I
also gained the computer and IT knowledge which helps me out to access the software
programs and different functionable computers. As this is important for the debate to be
managed virtually.
This debate also guided me to manage the enhancing of my ICT skills through which
all the creation with engagement of digital platforms can be managed. Through this course I
was being working on the application of database software and also effectively use the
organisational tools which helps me to manage the information to be framed with their
requirements. I developed much more confidence in the computer program as that helps me

how to produce various digital information and also made me more presentable in the
PowerPoint presentations and the other word documents.
I developed certain skills like the appropriate software which helps me to resolve the
problems and also the clarity in communication. I analyse that communication technology
also helps me how to manage the group work for the ICT skills. All such skills helped to
manage the project to be manage in a technical and additional skills and also to focus on the
application with the creativity and analytical activities. The computing skills is an important
area for all the individuals regarding their professional development and this manages the
learning with the practical and theoretical gaining of knowledge with the web development
and general software.
This debate was an important activity and was a group task where I manage to work
in a group. And for all such purposes I tried to develop the coordination with the team
members. I also develop the working skills within existing teams by elaborating and
understanding to work with a collaboration with my team members and also to resolve the
internal conflicts. As while doing this debate there were certain issues where we faced
misunderstanding and miscommunication regarding specific topic, as for instance I was
working and focusing to avoid conflicts and to enhance the problem-solving skills. There
were seen the informal and formal channels of communication for the group members which
helps to manage the reporting relationship. There also why did the duplication of certain
activities as to manage the effectiveness and also to create a team functioning. It is mainly in
optimum utilisation for the general available resources in order to manage the project work
and also to lead the better opportunities and growth with a view points in respect of
discussions. The participative leadership and the other areas for the team member is an
important aspect. For managing the higher self confidence and creativity with the innovation
in the individuals and members the debate is an important aspect to outgrew the personality
of person. Overall skill development is generally an innovative approach and experience
which helps to manage and focus on the Academy carrier. From all such further development
there is being seen the written in the verbal communication helps me to focus on the goals
and also to present my topic in a confident manner. The conflict resolution scale has gained
me to work for the future growth and the situations. From my present report there is being
developed certain skills through the elementary and the efficiently functions of the
information technology centre general communication. All such helps out to manage the
presentation, retrieving and the storage with the information of communication. Certain

participation involves the collaborative networks as that helps out to manage the internet
usage. In all such preparation debate manage tea differences through which process of
collecting and also managing the information is important and provided. I also analyse to
work about the values and the thought process. It also helps me out to experience regarding
information and led me to manage the social subject related context. It helps in managing the
capabilities of the personal debate.
CONCLUSION
From this above report it is concluded that employees are the important part of the
organisation and they help in focusing and enhancing the growth of the business activities.
Zero-hour contract is not a proper method as it can create a negative environment in the
workforce and can defect the working of the company. It is important to manage the
employees to work with a general influencing nature and the functioning.
