with use of FDI.
 In order to conduct the research this report has used literature
review, different tools has also been used. The research has also used
questionnaire for the purpose of data collection.

 FDI is a good strategy which company can use in order to expand the business in which
company is currently operating in to other country. It will be good business
development option which Zimax Co. Ltd.
 Can use in order to enter in south America. This method will help company to enter in
new market easily(Kottaridi, Giakoulas and Manolopoulos, 2019).
 One of the advantage of using this method is that it will help company to get the full
ownership of business which is not possible in other mode of entries such as venture
capital, financing and partnership.
