INTRODUCTION
The concept of small business enterprises has been defined by different countries in
another way. The size of business can be measured in different ways such as total investment of
firm, number employees are employed, volume of shares, value of assets etc. The size of

Audretsch, 2013). In this present report Zizzi restaurant has been taken who is serving tasty and
authenticate food dishes from pizza, pasta to customers. their aim is to attract more and more
customer by providing quality of food to them. Apart from this, they are also offering discount
services to customers to retain them for a long period of time. In this assignment strength and
weaknesses of this restaurant has been explained. Further new area has been discussed in which
this organisation can expand their business. Along with this various plans and strategies has been
adopted so that manager can monitor the improvements of employee performance.

Zizzi is popular restaurant in UK which is providing an Italian food. The manager of this
company are targeting those customers who are interested in eating these kind of food. The aim
of this company is to become individually Italian in all over the world. The customers who are
dine with them, it is a great an Italian inspired for them which also provide better ambiance to
customers. This restaurant is providing variety of foods to attract large number of people. To
retain in market, it is essential for organisation to analyse strength and weakness so that they can
beat their competitors also. Objective of this firm is to serve quality of services to customers and
maintain long relation with them. Along with this they are using an appropriate organisational
structural in which to manage the work in proper way (Adebisi and Gbegi, 2013). Through this
efficiency and effectiveness of product and services will be increased. Strength and weakness of
company can be determined on the basis of external and internal factor because they are also
influencing their objectives sometimes. So these are explained below in order to achieve their
predetermined aims.
Strength – As this restaurant is providing wide range of Italian favourite food like guilt-
free skinny Pizza to invite to large number of people. The prices of food are cheaper so every

customer can afford. Along with this they are delivering new stylish of services into new area or
different places. Moreover, this company is having sturdy image in market so it can beat their
competitors easily. The government is also supporting them in providing more funds so that they
can invest money into new sectors.
Weaknesses – In organisation, managers are not providing proper training to staff to
interact with their regular customers. Moreover, company is having limited funds so that they
cannot expand their business into new areas. Some restaurant of this company is situated far

2011). Along with this customer have threated to boycott the restaurant and they cannot express
their feelings on social media sites.

weaknesses, organisation is providing free food to staff which also reduce their employee
turnover. It is essential for organisation to retain employees for a long period of time and to
overcome with their weakness by adopting some approaches. The approaches are described as

of dishes they want. While collecting information thorough survey or taking feedback
from them it will be beneficial for organisation to attract more customers towards them.
In this organisation in one outlet more than 10 waiters are working so they have to
