motivation, there has been significant
contribution of two-factors i.e. hygiene and

O The term ‘team-effectiveness’ is also referred
to as the group effectiveness defines the
capacity of a team to attain their goals. This
is administered by the personnel department
of an organisation (Ahmed, Siantonas and
Siantonas, 2017).

Employee benefits inclusive strategy
O The organisation, ZPG has established and
implemented a holistic and inclusive strategy
of employee benefits. Thus, it represents the
current strategy of the organisation towards
managing their employees (Hopkins, 2017).

Conclusion

slides, it has been analysed that organisation
has achieved great effectiveness. The element
of effectiveness has been shown in terms of
