Discussion:
The views of the company regarding the disadvantages or advantages of the
purchasing methods is seen to be pretty evident. The organization operates through the
contract purchasing for the wide range of materials that it sources from the suppliers for the
production of the pizza and the salads (Zumepizza.com, 2019). It is seen that the organization
is notably focused in the mentioned form of purchasing due to the reasons such as the formal
delivery of the products, on time delivery, accurate delivery in terms of the quantity and

seen that many of the other purchasing methods are not followed by the organization for the

requirements. Adding to this, the scheduled purchasing is also not a viable option as the

to be conducted through the formal business reports. On the other hand, the consultation with
the employees is in need to be conducted through group meetings and the sessions. In
addition to this, the consultation with the suppliers of the organization is in need to be
conducted through the formal mails in order to make sure that the communications is speedy
enough to acknowledge the urgency of the quick supply. Along with that, the customers of
the organization are in need to be consulted through the websites and the increasing
marketing communication to make sure that they be well aware of the new products and the
services of the organization and the modification in the previous operations.
The determination of the nature and the level of the resources that are required for the
achievement of the business objectives, is in need to be carried out through the effective
