Enhancing the educational system begins with a few key questions, such as what are we attempting to accomplish here, for whom, and by when.
When we look at the best-performing school systems, we can see that they may prioritise different things in terms of academics, discipline, extracurricular activities, examinations, and even the desired results. But it is the desire for students to thrive, regardless of colour, class, or gender, that brings them together.
This reason alone causes a shift in the direction of improvement. If the interests are aligned in favour of the students, efforts will be directed towards improving education, which we refer to as getting the basics right. One-sided lectures at schools and colleges have been practised for centuries, and while they produced results in the past and were convenient at the time, things have changed dramatically, and we no longer do so. If we use the conversation method of teaching instead of the monologue method, the entire educational system will experience a significant change in classroom learning. This will allow students to establish their ideas rather than only listening to one point of view; in fact, all students in the classroom will benefit from this because hearing many points of view on a topic will give them a better grasp of the issue. Not only that, but the Dialogue method of teaching will instil in students a feeling of responsibility for their future careers by making them pay attention in class, which will benefit them in the long run.
It is considered beneficial to include brainstorming sessions in the classrooms to get the students’ thinking process going. Including puzzles, debates, and class assignments during lectures will help open their minds in vast ways. This will stimulate their brains, making them more active and energised to learn new material. Creative workshops that challenge their analytical and logical reasoning can also be included.

Instruction seminars, conferences, home study programs, and good publications on current themes can all provide personalised and specialised training.
Similarly, some training companies focus solely on a single industry, technology, or process. Instead of providing an off-the-shelf solution, the teacher delivers training that participants can relate to using real-life events. This enables the instructor to cater to the individual requirements of each team with whom he works.
Even if it feels non-feasible to implement these ways right away but we believe that bearing them in mind will lead to a pathway to excellence and efficiency in the Education System.
