INTRODUCTION
This report shows the impact of budget on airline from past year 2014
to 2019 and have to forecast the impact on 2020 with the passenger carrier
view where the company is had to increase their budget or not. Whereas,
second part shows the audit skills and personal development and how I
improve in my weakness and overcome it by converting in strength.

From the trend in budget airlines travel will continue in 2020 as they
have increased the number of passenger travelling year to year. Where
charter are declining year to year and can also decline in 2020 while the low
cost carriers are preferred by most passenger which increases rapidly from
2014 to 2019 and also forecast to increase in 2020 with good number op
impact in airlines budget. Schedule airlines are increased from 27231.20 in
2014 to 31.876.80 in 2019 as there are updated technology used to book
flights and airlines are offered passengers to pre-book their flights. This also
expected to increase in 2020 with heavy numbers as there are more of
traveller increased year by year. The airlines company have to increase their
airlines from 95395.50 in 2014 to 123.35.40 in 2019 which was huge
percentage shows that number of passengers are increased year to year
which impact on airlines budget they have to increased in 2020 which shows
the same response as they get from last 5 years.

CONCLUSION
This report concludes that the future budget of airlines trends to
increase in 2020 and airlines companies have to increase their budget as
they will get the same response which they are expecting from last 5 years.
Whereas, identification of three weakness are occurred in skills audit and
which are analysis and developed.
