The research study aimed to investigate customer satisfaction with sgCarMart.com, a leading online marketing site for taxi services in Singapore. The survey had 12 questions and was given to 50 respondents. The results showed that customers were overall satisfied with the services provided by sgCarMart.com, citing factors such as safety of their customers, services being provided by the cabby, and taxi stand accessibility as primary contributors to satisfaction. However, some customers complained about waiting times, incomplete information on the website, and discomfort during rides. The study recommended that sgCarMart.com reduce waiting times, provide detailed information on its website, and work towards providing a comfortable ride to customers.
