Human-robot interaction is a field of research dedicated to designing,
evaluating and understanding robotic systems for utilization with humans.
In this generation, the use of human robots are growing rapidly and it is
significant to understand the concept behind human-robot interaction
(Polygerinos, et al., 2017). This research provides a way to evaluate and
review the key characteristics of human-robot interaction. It is argued that
human robots are capable to reduce complexity and manage entire work in
a reliable manner due to which companies are moving towards robotics
technology. This research will evaluate the relation among human-robot
interaction to computer science, the importance of the human-robot
interaction and the negative aspects of human robots.
Relation to computer science
It is argued that human-robot interaction plays a crucial character in
computer science where the developers interconnect humanoid robots with
computing devices and perform numerous tasks effectively. Sheridan,
(2016) examined that human-robot interaction is a multidisciplinary area
with a contribution from human-computer interaction, computer science,
information technology, and artificial intelligence. In the field of computer
science, human-robot interaction connects numerous devices with each
other and performs complex tasks effectively. It is determined that human-
robot interaction is multidisciplinary with contribution from the fields of
human-computer interaction and consumers provide commands through
computing devices to the human-based robots (Lemaignan, et al., 2017).

Therefore, using human-robot interaction in computer science the
performance of a business can be enhanced.
Research questions and methods

What is the concept behind human-robot interaction?
How human-robot interaction is helpful?
What are the positive and negative implications of the human-robot

Methods
There are various types of methods could be used for addressing the
research questions including research design, approach, data collection
methods, and data analysis techniques. It is argued that the utilization of
effective methods helps the researchers to achieve research objectives and
reduce the research gaps effectively. The purpose of the research
methodology is to enhance skills in the area of human-robot interaction.
Research design
For the research qualitative research design could be used due to their
capability to provide reliable information and manage the flow of
information in the entire research. It is argued that the qualitative design
provides theoretical information that reduces research gaps from the
investigation due to which it could be utilized for solving developed
research questions.
Data collection methods
It is an appropriate method that provides a way to obtain a large number of
data sets related to the research topic. There are two kinds of methods
involve in the data gathering for example, primary and secondary
techniques. For this research, a secondary method could be used due to the

subjective nature of the research topic. For obtaining secondary data about
human-robot interaction a literature review could be conducted and the
researcher may obtain data from the recent studies.
Data analysis
There are various kinds of data analysis techniques involve in the
investigation such as content analysis, statistical analysis and many more.
For this research, the content analysis method could be utilized due to their
ability to deliver appropriate findings of the research and resolve the
research questions in a reliable manner. Therefore, all these methods are
more significant to achieve objectives and enhancing the quality of the
investigation.
General relevance
Human-robot interaction plays a crucial character in the business
communities because of their potential to reduce the barriers and
complexity of the systems. It is very relevant in businesses and information
technology in order to perform multiple tasks at a time and reduce human
errors effectively. Lasota, Fong, and Shah, (2017) argued that human-robot
interactions are helpful for the consumers to enhance the performance of
the developed systems and companies can increase performance levels
effectively. Most of the business sectors use human-robot interaction for
addressing risks and errors and perform work on a regular basis. It is found
that there are various negative aspects of the human-robot interaction
which are highlighted below:

Require proper communication among developed system and human

Enhance the level of unemployment in the companies
