example of innovation and technology as the company is providing excellent quality results
in a small package. The battery life of the product is an extended period through which the

Introduction
The issues of the Go-Pro camera will be identified in this report. The aim of the
research report is disclosed in the report. Through this report, a strategic plan will be
developed through which the problem associated with the Go-Pro camera will be discussed in
detail. As we have studied in the case that the pro-go camera has burst in the frame due to
which the client base has been disturbed. A legal contract must be filed so that the losses can
be compensated. Once the level of privacy is increased random connections will not affect
the functioning of the device.

Discussion

Pro-Go private limited company has identified that their camera is creating a burst into the
frame (Ethiraj Gambardella & Helfat, 2016). Due to this the company's largest customer
retail chain which is established in China is highly disappointed, and they are willing to take
some legal actions. Due to this crisis, the sales of the company have had in the last 24 hours,
and a suitable action needs to be taken so that the balance in the supply chain can be
developed. The company should look after the development of strategies through which they
can retain the customers and improve the cameras. The Pro-go camera is an example of
innovation and technology as the company is providing excellent quality results in a small
package. The battery life of the product is an extended period through which the cameramen
can use it for videos. This device has an effective management team which has helped the
product to reach this stage of success. This device very compact and it is very easy to carry it
to places. This has helped many filmmakers to prepare the films and video with high
definition (Maeder & Gersbach, 2016). If the customers will be satisfied with the other device
is produced by any other random company then the demand for this company decrease and
the customers will not buy the products of the same company.

The widespread agreements are conducted through which companies are developing
privacy legislation so that future issues can be avoided. Reasonable security is implemented
through which the suppliers and customers can enter into a secured contract (Barney, 2017).
The company has conducted an agreement through which the Chinese consumers cannot sue

Without technology, it is very difficult to imagine human life Technology has evolved over
the years, and it has provided the latest system through which we can conduct our daily
activities. Go-pro is technological innovation through which improvise the photography skills
and video filming to the next level. This device very compact and it is very easy to carry it to
places. This has helped many filmmakers to shoot the films and video with high definition
(Ready & Young, 2015). This device can be effectively used through mobile phones and
various technological devices so that it’s functioning can be enhanced. The effects of
technology’s influences are both positive and negative. As we have studied in the case that
the Go-Pro camera has burst in the frame due to which the client base has been disturbed. The
product should be processed, and examination should be done so that the mistakes can be
identified and issues can be resolved (Tesar & Charles, 2016).
 This company needs to rectify the issues so that the customers can be attracted and
target customers can be focused again. Once the issues are identified suitable
planning needs to be conducted so that issues can be resolved and a new product can
be introduced in the market (Hanson, Hitt, Ireland & HOSKISSON, 1991) if the
product is damaged, then it is the responsibility of the company to fix the issues and
provide a better working product to the company. The company needs to look after
its problems because due to the mistake the chances of loss can take place.
 The company needs to examine the product again so that the loopholes can be
identified and the functioning of the product can be improvised. The product should
be processed, and examination should be done so that the mistakes can be identified
and issues can be resolved. Problem mate had a good do you do the wiring issues or
the software system. Due to the technological devices, the narration of the company
has been failed, and the defective functioning of the product cannot be observed. The

sales margin can be increased. With the help of a suitable strategy, the lost customers
can be gained back, and a proper presentation needs to be provided to them for the
resolving of the issue. A legal contract must be filed so that the losses can be

Go-pro is a flexible system or an application or a device which can be connected to any
device for making videos and clicking pictures. It can be connected to any device through
which the pictures can be transferred to the computer then it can again be transferred to the
cell phones (Gupta & Jha, 2015). This device helps in clicking the pictures of high-definition
so that the better services can be provided to the customers and every single detail of the
picture can be identified.
 This device can be connected to the laptops, printers, mobile phones to visualize the
images which have been clicked in the camera and the videos created by this device
are also of high-definition. In connection to various devices makes this camera a pro.
With the help of this device, the pictures can be easily transferred from one laptop to
another or from one device to another. This will enhance the flexibility of the device,
and it can become the first wish of the cameramen and video makers. This device
comes with the stand through which stable handling can be developed (Kassab, 2018).
 Due to the issue identified in the case study the company needs to limit the attached
devices or the connected devices so that its privacy can be enhanced and the chances
of issues can be reduced. With the help of increased chances of effective functioning
will be enhanced and the leakage of data will be reduced (Durand, Grant & Madsen,
2016). The company needs to work on enhancing the privacy conditions through
which only specific people can use this device, and the mistakes can be resolved
internally through a software channel. Once the level of privacy is increased random
connections will not affect the functioning of the device.
 A specific device should be introduced through which Go-Pro can connect due to
which the security and authentication of the devices will be increased. If the company

introduces a specific device to which only Go-Pro can connect, then it will increase
the security and authentication of the camera. This will also help in limiting the
connections through which no random device can easily connect. If the connections
are secured and controlled, then the quality of the device will be improvised (Parry,

Adjacent products
 Sony FDR-X3000/R action cam is the adjacent products of this company. Unlike go
pro device it looks like a small box with the lens of fixed on the side it looks like a
cam recorder. The device comes with a 12 MP Exmor R CMOS sensor with ZE I SS
lens. This is a replacement of a Go-Pro device, and people appreciate this device in
the market. Clients are highly satisfied with this device. This device comes in with a
built-in Wi-Fi Bluetooth, MFC, GPS, HDM I, USB and a microphone jack through

the help of the substitute, the Chinese customer can easily switch to this as compared
to go pro. If this device will satisfy the needs of the customers and no customer will
switch to the older device.
 Cam Park ACT74 is the best budget choice in comparison with the go pro. This
camera has been in the market for a very long period and the Chinese customers are in
favor of this product. Cam Park electronics is engaged in video and audio products.
This camera has the quality to rotate in 170° vertically, and it has a feature of interval
video shooting mode through which the video can be taken at different intervals.
Why would the above-mentioned options be selected
The above-mentioned options can be used at the position of Go-Pro because all the
three products have the same features as the go pro has. All the above-mentioned products are
cost friendly and your battery life is also amazing. There has been no identified risk against
these products which that these products are the best and these can be used at the places of go

In short-term issues the camera products can undergo some scratches on the lens is due
to which the quality of the image can be disturbed and for the long term, the issue is the
battery life of the product can be disturbed because of the extra usage of the devices
(Reading, 2016). If the device is waterproof, then it will cost various change in part because
for the long term use certain problem can include yoga due to the water quality.
Strategy model canvas
Strategy model canvas aids the management to develop an effective plan for the Go-Pro
camera. As per this model, management can identify the threats that affect the management
from outside the boundaries of the organization. Business model canvas can be applied as a
strategy tool for the development and growth of the organization in a very effective manner.

Recommendation
The company needs to work on improving the product so that a better customer base
can be gained again and effective profit margins can be achieved. Company really needs to
implement some suitable strategies through which they can introduce a better working
platform for the company and offer should be introduced which customers can we gain back
the company didn't get inspired by the other appliances available in the market, and the
company can improve its performance with the help of introduction with so many other
companies (Daspit, Chrisman, Sharma, Pearson & Mahto, 2018). A detailed analysis of the
device should be conducted so that the issues and problem can be identified.
The company needs the support of some other company to fix the issues created by
this company so that the problems can be resolved effectively and chances of mistakes can be
reduced. The functioning of the company needs to stop so the production of this device can
also be stopped (Lugosi, 2016). A proper examination needs to be conducted so that effective
analysis can be conducted. Once the problem is identified the changes should be implemented
through which the improvement can be developed. This will enhance the flexibility of the
device, and it can become the first wish of the cameramen and video makers (Stephenson,
2018).
With the help of a suitable plan, the errors need to be rectified and fixed so that
effective functioning can be developed. With the help of the plan effectively all the changes
can be conducted. As we have studied in the case that the pro-go camera has burst in the
frame due to which the client base has been disturbed. The offers should be introduced to
attract more customers and implement the customer retention plan.
