This report is made in the context of a professional development plan. This is accompanied by the
description of the process to accomplish the identified and the specified goals. In this process,
professionalism attains top priority in terms of exposing rational and logical thinking towards fulfilling the
targets. Deviations are inevitable, as the peers, relatives and others possess diversified thoughts regarding
personal and professional development. One of the major aspects of the report is realistic aspirations and
competences’, which helps in fulfilling the potentials capabilities and skills.
Areas for my Personal Development
Based on the case presented, the suggested areas for my own development
During the course of BSC, I will be attending study weekends and completing the assignments. This course
would be beneficial for me to gain a degree in management medical devices. Furthermore, assisting me to
reflect on outcomes, evaluate achievements and progress review and establish the plans and goals.
Secondly, I would practice self-assessment skills through group discussions. This would enhance my
cognitive learning abilities and competencies. This identification, further, would be assistance in creative the
personal development plan. Along with this, I would be attending seminars, spoken English courses, where
compulsory training would enhance my communication skills.

Plan prioritise development needs Consulting the colleagues would help me to indulge in teamwork,
which is effective in reducing the knowledge gaps. Commitment, dedication and perseverance to the
responsibilities would upgrade my leadership skills, abilities and competencies, helpful for the personal and
professional development.
Develop your skills Workshops, online courses seminars, self study, conferences, meetings, and
practice would act as an agent in terms of enhancing my awareness about personality
development. Conducting explicit research on the preferred domain would enhance the professional skills,
competencies and abilities. Considering checklist and templates would be beneficial for identifying the
developmental areas. Internet search is a productive option in this case in terms of enhancing the
preconceived skills, expertise and knowledge. Typical example of this is Bitwise, Google and others.
Conclusion
Planning is vital in terms of achieving success. In case of personal development, planning is a vital
component. Clarity in identifying the goals and the ways to fulfil them contradicts the doubts, concerns and
worries to achieve success. ‘Professionalism’ then is not perceived as an absolute, but constructed in the
interaction of individual and context. Completing the degree course is assistance for improvising on the
preconceived skills, abilities and competencies, which acts as an agent for attaining professional
development. Leading plays a crucial role in achieving control over the approach towards dealing the tasks.
