Alsonew legislations were introduced in health act 2006,NHS and community act, Health and social care actwhich deals in providing accommodation to peoplewho needs it when they are disable or old. The NHSboard see and analyse the work of national serviceand healthcare providers . The new reforms deals inmaking budgets aiming at care of patients andservices. Also, the provider of NHS services need tobe registered with Care Quality Commission so thatCQC ensure quality standards of services andmaintain competition.FACILITATING CHANGE IN HEALTHAND SOCIAL CARE

`Technological factors – Use of technology in health and social care has improved the quality, and efficiency of experience of patients and the technology has faced change at largescale by adopting electronic record keeping which helps in keeping systematic records of patients. The electronic communication assistive technology helps in assisting the patientssmoothly and has sorted most problems with less efforts and time (Lapinski, 2015.).Demographic and cultural factors – The demographic factors affecting the change is that the population is growing at faster pace and will grow even more, then most of thepeople are living alone and life expectancy of people is increasing with good medical assistance. The other demographic factor affecting the change is the population is ageingwhich is affecting the changes in social and care services. The cultural factor driving the change is that population is diverse and people are migrating at a high rate and thesefactors are facilitating change in social and health care services.1.2 Challenges that key factors bring to health and social care servicesChallenges that key factors bring in working of health and social care services is unavailability of proper resources as NHS is providing limited help to the health and social careproviders which is the most important challenge for these providers to deal with.The other factor that is a key challenge to these services is lifestyle of the people as providing just health services is not enough. The majority of individual die because of smoking,drinking and obesity and these costs large amount of bills to these service providers. Although certain push and measures were taken to encourage people to have a healthy life freeof smoking and drinking and many schemes were introduced by the government yet the results are not achieved as expected. The other key challenge is medical advancements as the technology in health care has been tremendously changes and grown but these all comes with the cost. As the youngestclient of Liverpool company is of 67 year old and they go through the most heart attacks, cancer etc. and their treatment cost millions of money which emerges as an big challengefor the company (Dewing, 2016).
