include the impact of promoting products and service on social
cites and application gives a positive or negative impact on loyal
customers.
There would be a impact on brand name of the company for their
promotions on wrong cites which would be awkward for the user as
well as loyal customer. Social media is a good platform for the
promotion of products as it is used by almost everyone but there is
