It is evaluated from results that brexit will impact on private sector. This is because there
are more EU staff working in those companies at various positions. The public industry will not
be impacted as they are having less EU people. Therefore, private firms want to retain their staff.
They are not making any redundancies.
Recommendations
Brexit has huge impact on the policies of the government, procedures and legislations made by
them. it can also include the business operations (Barron, and Boutary., 2020). impact from the
Brexit memorandum. on the other side Brexit have the positive impact for the government and
businesses both. here are some of the discussion Are following
Brexit will have government of UK got you more freedom and making their own rules and
regulation within the country. it will also help time to gaining sovereignty Is seen as a will
situation of the UK as well As for those who adopt who stay in the European countries. This
sovereignty was one of the biggest benefit an achievement for the people who take advantage of
our Brexit becausr now they will be not able to required to give up some or rather kind of control
over some domestic affairs. This will also help the United Kingdom to reduce the number of
immigrants who come to UK as they will be gaining complete Control over their own borders
and immigrants will not able to enter in the United Kingdom. It will be directly impact was the
delivery government because they were able to reduce the immigration in their own country.
They will also able to improve within their housing and services need of localities and it will
create advantages how government of UK becausr not UK would be no longer to be required
contribution overall budget. United Kingdom pay huge contribution indeed budget where they
get very less spending. According to the budget of 2016 Britain spent around 13.1 billion
approximately as the membership fees of European budget but received only $4.5 billion for
their spending in the country which is very less. This is clearly helping to understand that Brexit
will be helpful in financial ways and it will be beneficial for the UK because they will able to
spend more in their own countries and take benefits.
It is evaluated from results that brexit will impact on private sector. This is because there are
more EU staff working in those companies at various positions. The public industry will not be

Proposed knew immigration system in the United Kingdom companies-
In order to work in the United Kingdom or continue to operate their business in the United
Kingdom it will be necessary for the all the organisation to apply for the new visa that will be
limited to the United Kingdom. They will be holding immigration sponsor licence that will be
only valid for the four years and it will be increase as well this becausr if they want to sponsor
individual for the work visa then they themselves need to have a sponsor licence. Wednesday
