Engineering Office App
1.0 Executive Summary
The app which I am going to make usually makes and provides the customers. The management
of the app helps our customers on steps required to build a house in Saudi Arabia, and also, if
one may need an engineer, you can contact him or her. The app will keep the documentation of
all the processes needed to build the house, either financial, geographical, or land laws. We have
also been able to make the app connect the buyer and the contractor so that no more time is
wasted. In our country, we can develop this kind of app to help our society because no company
uses it for construction. We are targeting the market in Riyadh and other cities around the capital.
We are also targeting mostly the investors who need to invest in our country. Our business app
will provide customers with how to help them build houses in a shorter time using the app. In the
marketing strategy, we will be using promotion pricing; these will be the main strategies that will
help us keep our customers with them and trust our business app. Our competitors are now the
constructors in the city and other parts of Saudi Arabia; we will make sure that our competitors
face difficulties because they have implemented apps for serving their customers like us. The app
requires some finances in order to make sure it can run. The implementation of my business plan
we are in the shortest time possible because we need people to save more time during
construction.
2. General Company Description
It has always been a challenge to acquire construction contracts from the government. The
government of Saudi Arabia has constantly been posting contracts in business and government

magazines and newspapers. This has always caught everyone unaware of the government
opportunities in the construction sector (Al-Bogami , 2017). Most of us do not frequently read
newspapers and magazines, hence bypassing such a lucrative opportunity. Also, this does not
bring on board the best engineers required for public projects. It has been tiresome for the expert
engineers to go to monitor the progress of the construction. In case the management or the
government officials wants to know the progress of the construction.
Considering all the above challenges of using the analog system in the construction sector, the
engineering office app is a game-changer. This is an upcoming technological company meant to
manage all construction work and projects in the public sector (Nyadera et al., 2020). This
technologically based company software is meant to automate the current manual work of
managing construction in the public sector. The app will be able to cut off most of the
unnecessary expenses in the construction sector.
This is made possible by the engineering app, which is ready to be deployed. The engineering
office app will offload much work for both the site engineer and the management in general. The
company running the contract will monitor the progress of the project at the comfort of their
offices. The government will update their statements on the infrastructural development and post
the project for possible contractors to grab. The app will be available to all, and hence it will
enhance competence and improve design work in the state.

3. Products and Services
The main product of this company, or in short the primary product in this company, will be a
web-based application that will be available online as a series of web pages or a mobile
application. This is to ensure that the application is available to every citizen of Saudi Arabia.

The application will have the capability of providing services such as: preparing government
papers for the construction to commence (Nyadera et al., 2020). Make it easy for the expert
engineers to follow up on the work. Enable engineers to market their designs. Users and
engineers will be able to log in and view various designs. Engineers add designs and market their
designs while the users check at the designs and pick the one that delights them. It will enable
the office to monitor the project's progress at their offices' comfort upon their request. The
system will enable the government to issue contracts to competent engineers at the comfort of
their office (Muzafar & Jhanjhi, 2020). The application will also enable its users, such as
engineers, to design and sell their plans. Various construction materials will be provided on the
platform through government parastatals. The users will be able to request designs and check
them at the comfort of their environment, any time, and the environment.

4. Marketing Plan
Here, the project's main aim, research, and data analysis are carried out in the marketing plan. I
have many opinions on planning and making my business idea a reality in Saudi Arabia in my
plan. The app will help many people in many ways. My business plan has the following: my
market research on market research, how and why, facts about the business industry, my product
and how it will help people, how customers will use the product, the completion of the app in the
market, and niche.

4.1 Why I carried market research using the Porters Five forces
Porter's Five Forces is a model to identify and analyze five competitive forces that shape each
industry and to help identify weaknesses and strengths in an industry (Muzafar & Jhanjhi, 2020).
Five Forces analyzes are used frequently for the identification of a corporate strategic structure.
4.1.1 Competition
For a company to have a higher chance to compete or make large profits, the market should have
few companies (Moser et al., 2020). This makes the companies grow big. Suppliers and buyers
would like to compete if they can offer better or lower prices in a business. By contrast, if
competition is low, a company has more power to charge higher prices and establish terms and
conditions for deals for higher sales and profits. Our company will be able to provide
competition in Saudi. After all, there is no company because, in Saudi Arabia, there are many
contractors who claim they can handle everything. We are now proposing an app that will be
doing the whole job (Makki, E., & Chang, 2015). This will make many people happy because
they will not be paying much money to contracts. Instead, they will be going for the app. Due to
this reason, and there will be a competitive environment. These will make all the contracts in
Saudi Arabia charge a little money.
4.1.2 Entry Of New Entrants To The Market
The strength of new market entrants also has an impact on a company. The less time and money
a competitor costs to enter a company's market and become a competitive competitor, the more
significant the reduction in an established company's position (Lim et al.,2014). An industry with
solid entry barriers is ideal for existing companies because they can charge higher prices and
better trade terms.

Our case may be different, and once our company has established itself, there will be no room
for other competitors in the market. This is because starting a new company is usually very
expensive. These will allow us to develop our app for some time and dominate the market. By
dominating the market, since we are digital and need less labor than the constructor, it will be
difficult for any other company.
4.1.3 The Potential Of Suppliers
The following is how suppliers can quickly drive costs for inputs in the five-point model. The
number of suppliers that provide the primary inputs, their unique nature, and the cost of moving
a company to another provider affect them—the fewer suppliers of the industry, the more
dependent a company on a supplier. Consequently, the supplier has more power and can increase
the input costs and further business benefits. On the other hand, if many suppliers or a
conversion among rival providers, a company can reduce the input cost and boost profit.
The supplies will determine the area of the suppliers in the market. If there are many suppliers in
the market, we are likely to drop the price, but we can make the price higher if there are no many
suppliers (Batais et al, 2021). Also, the number of employees determines the power of supply,
especially in difficult times. Many customers usually prefer the best efficient job done, so we
will also need good people and our app's efficiency. Our app must be efficient.
4.1.4 The potential of Buyers
Customers are essential in any business which needs to be successful in the future. People must
have trust in your app. Many apps have been developed, which do not guarantee the customer his
or her security. My app will give the customer the security needed. We are not sharing our
information with a third party. If a customer believes in a commodity, they will boost someone's
economy and make one dominate the market. When the building of houses goes high, the
