In the early age, cultural aspects, learning languages and travelling challenges restricted (Capacci, Scorcu and Vici, 2015). In 14 century
Christopher Columbus sailed westward and vasco da gama cruised to country for earn money then business travel has been integral part of
tourism industry(Cave and Brown 2012). Early tourism started with Nomads who
travelled around the world in search of food and shelter. Main intension of this traveller is to gathered food and traded around the world and
gave rise to the barter system (Capacci, Scorcu and Vici, 2015). 1500 BC is marked as the era when the Europeans visited pyramids and thus

Leadership, management of workings and management approaches
There are certain leadership theories which can be applied:
Emotional intelligence: Emotional intelligence is a set of verbal and non-verbal aptitudes which enables him
in creating, identifying, expressing, comprehending and assessing others emotions.
Transformational leadership: The leader in this type of leadership acts as a mentor to their subordinates or
followers.
Transactional leadership: This is a traditional leadership theory. Unlike transformational leadership, the
leader in this theory have a relationship with his employees of give and take.
Team working: - A company
manage their team and top level
management describe about the task
which is complete by that team but
due to communication gap and
barriers it influences the work of
organization. As in St Margaret
Nursing home I found lack of team
working which demotivate
employee and employee unable to
give productivity in hospital
context. St Margaret Nursing home
top level management should make
proper strategy and implement that
strategy to remove all the barriers.
Leadership versus management: Organization also has
to clarify about the difference between leadership and
management to it employees. A person can lead in a
given situation while manager has to be involved in all
the activities taking place in the organization.
Role model: A manager has to be a role model to inspire
his employees. He needs to display exemplary qualities
and capabilities to become role model.
Working relationship in the
organization are very important for
better management of work. These
factors will impact on the St
Margaret nursing home also:
Management Style: The working
relationships between management
and employee is determined by the
management style
Emotional Intelligence of top
management: Emotional
intelligence is a set of verbal and
nonverbal aptitudes which enables
individual in developing qualities of
creating, identifying, expressing,
comprehending and assessing self
and others behavior.
Organization structure:
Organization structure adopted by
the company also plays an important
role in the developing.
Every person has to face some issue related to their job.
Many types of influences have power to stop the growth
of employee and create barriers in employee work. As I
am employee of St. Margaret Nursing home and I analyze
that many issues are their which influence the employee
performance and their working style in organization.
Leadership: - Leadership describe about the relationship
between a mentor and an employee where a mentor
describes about the roles and responsibility of employee.
As I found that leader does not help their employee and
does not follow any leadership theory to complete any
specific task in St Margaret Nursing home.
