INTRODUCTION
Micro and small business play a vital role in country and global market also. Every
country want to increase their micro and small business(Ackermann, and Audretsch, 2013). It is
important for growth of economy and provide a support to any country economy. Any
enterprises which have 50 or less then 50 is consider as small business. This business started by
the entrepreneur. Entrepreneur can start their small business with innovate new product or
existing product manufacturing. UK government and other government also provide help to
small enterprises to start their business. These small business provide opportunity to every
entrepreneur to use their skills and ability to get profit and make wealthy itself. When a person
want to start their small business so it have to full fill some terms and condition of government.
Government make many rules to small business. These rules protect consumer right and small
business rights also. Both are work with each other so it is necessary to build a relationship to
increase small business in market(Altman, Sabato, and Wilson, 2010). Small-business terms and
condition follow category one is conditions for good and conditions for service. Small business
also provide better service to their customer and follow all the rule of government.

Oakleaf partnership Ltd. is the consultancy company in UK. This company conduct
employee interview and recruit candidate in other company. Company Chief executive is
Richard Colgan. It company have second position in market. This company is the best leading
company in small business. Company have 50 staff in their small business. The military officer
set the human resource specialist before 11 year. It company refer symbol of courage for
servicemen(Bridge, and O'Neill, 2012). Company staff refers that partnership is follow rules and
regulation and some principle which include integrity, innovation, diversity and passion. All staff
have confidence on their firm and proud to work with this organisation.

Reputation in marketplace:- Oakleaf company have a big reputation in UK market. It is
the biggest strength of company. It shows the company goodwill in market and people
also prefer Oakleaf company service. A candidate contact with company for job and it
provide better job for suitable candidate.
Employee trust on company:- Oakleaf company's employee trust on their company and
provide better service to their company and their customer. Employee trust represents the
company strength in market. A company work on the behalf of their employee. Employee
can increase company strength or decrease.
Weakness
Diversification:- Company deal with the consultancy and provide job to candidates.
Company have to face many diversity problem in UK market(Burns, 2010). UK have a
broad market sector. Many changes influence the company terms and condition and
diverse work flow.
Threat of competitor:- Every company have to face competitor on broad market. As
many consultancy firm work in UK market which provide better service as well as
Oakleaf company. So company have to make strategic strategy to make company
environment better.

measures of performance.
Oakleaf is the best consultancy company in UK marketplace. Company have a great
goodwill in market. It face a stiff competition in market from existing firm and new entrants of
firm in market(Carraher, S.M. and Paridon, 2015). Consultancy firm do not require a huge fund
to investment. Any one can easily start their consultancy business. Due to easy concept many
firms are their in UK market which make competition hard and company have to decrease their
price to survive in competition market. Due to this reason many time company have to face loss
which decrease the productivity of company in market. Their are some method which help to
measure performance of business unit.
Client satisfaction:- A company always care about their client. A client describe about
the performance of firm. Which help organisation to increase goodwill of firm and
