Introduction
The increasing rate of alcohol consumption among teenagers in Australia is a matter of concern.
A research-based study found the fact young people prefer to face negative health consequences
of being drunk rather than facing social exclusion of staying sober. Simultaneous perception
leads to the finding that all the teenagers would drink at the same level of intoxication. However,
the exclusion is not limited to the individuals who do not drink. It is a potential consequence for
people drinking too much. Hence, the current study understands the criticality of the situation
and aims to improve the prevailing scenario. The essay thus implements a reflective approach for
understanding the problems faced while educating people about the mentioned project plan
Collaborative working
Based on my experience I feel that learning autonomously with good results is possible through
the individualistic approach. However, one might wonder about the importance of collaboration
and teamwork in carrying out a project plan. Thus, I feel that the answer depends on the mindset.
If collaboration is viewed as an obligation the benefits of working in a team may not be obtained
(Golini et al. 2015). However, it should be taken into consideration; if collaboration happens
organically then the benefits are enormous
My personal experience in collaboration has positive. The increase in my morale can be termed
as one of the prime advantages that I gained during my course. I personally feel that as students
work together to accomplish the goals, we can celebrate the success both as a group and
individually. As a team the value of working in collaboration as providing a meaningful reason
to work together. As stated by Muller & Turner (2017), equal partaking or collaboration provides
the team members to ensure equal participation and communicating their ideas. Hence, it can be
