INTRODUCTION
Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) Comprises HR polices
for implementing effective solutions for overcoming business problems. It is
connected with attaining objectives for long term which enables
sustainability of organization. In current era, competition has increased to
peak level that requires effective measures to beat other similar firms
operating in industry. The selected company in present report is Thomas
Cook Group (TCG) of United Kingdom of travel & tourism industry.
Organization comprises several subsidiaries. It deals as tour operator and
airline service provider agency. The current case study current trends that
influence HR practices of business by giving emphasis on external and
internal both factors. Present case study will comprise relevant theories,
concepts relating to growth & development regarding HR activities of TCG.
Appropriate management tool that can support human resource strategy. It
will explain outcome that can be measured & monitored. Furthermore,
current report will evaluate how effective HR management can provide
sustainable performance to meet organizational objectives.

for meeting upcoming organization requirements. Human resource practices
encourages employees to participate in decision-making procedure for taking
