supply chains reflects their professional development. This initiative justifies the recruitment and
selection process (Christopher, 2016). Market research regarding the various supply chains adds
value to the efforts put in by the employees towards enhancing the stability in the relationship
with the customers. This market research generates high investment returns, enhancing the
productivity of the business. The immediate outcome of this effort is introducing lucrative deals,
trades and transactions for the customers. Threat of substitutes is the biggest challenge in the
process of conducting the market research, which needs to be dealt rationally.
