The aim of the paper is to assess the credibility of transactional leadership quality in a
diverse workplace and how it will be helping in motivating the employees in the workplace.
Thesis statement
The paper will be based on the transactional style of leadership which is applied in cross-
cultural environment.
Research questions
The following are the research question on which the research proposal will be
conducted:
 What are the different traits of transactional leadership?
 What are the various ways by which transactional leadership will be helpful in a diverse
workplace?
 How effective is transactional leadership in cross-cultural context?
Research objective
The main aim objective of doing this research is to understand the various ways by which
a diverse workplace needs to be maintained. By the help of this research the various traits of
transactional leadership will be understood and the effectiveness of this style of leadership will
be assessed.
