MODEL
The Lewin's model of change management was created to
consider the interaction of changes in association. The
cycle requires patience and legitimate correspondence. The
segments of model are-
Freeze-The initial step is to recognize and find the

breakdown of the current interaction.
Change-The subsequent stage is make changes according
to the new methodologies and act to accomplish the most

Freeze-When the progressions have occurred, the
