HOW GROUPS ARE FORMED There are different types of groups and all the groups are formed for different purpose. Some groups are formed by the top management to accomplish the goals while other group are formed by the employees.

Shaper- They are the one who help in overcoming the challenges. Evaluator- monitor the activity. Team worker- overcome the conflict. Implementer- implement plan. Finisher-finish the process on time. Specialist- They are focused towards one activity.

This group is temporary and when the task gets over this group is dismissed.It also helps in making group decisions.
