Teams are very essential for the organization. they
are formed for different goals and objectives. The
main purpose is that it helps in increasing the
understanding of the decision making. Even
encourages the employees to participate in the
implementation plan. Even, it also increases the
ability of the employees in problem solving.

HOW GROUPS ARE FORMED
There are different types of groups and all the
groups are formed for different purpose. Some
groups are formed by the top management to
accomplish the goals while other group are
formed by the employees.

Plant- They are the who are creative.
Resource investigator- The develop contacts with the
employees.
Coordinator- Coordinates the activity.
Shaper- They are the one who help in overcoming the
challenges.
Evaluator- monitor the activity.
Team worker- overcome the conflict.
Implementer- implement plan.
Finisher-finish the process on time.
Specialist- They are focused towards one activity.
