Regular exercise helps in reducing the level of stress, feeling better, increasing their learning in school and
keeping physical feet.
Most of the children do not take interest in doing regular exercise. .
Some parents force their children for doing regular exercise.
But as per the current life style kids spend their time in watching TV, running and playing.
It reduces their interest and time for exercise.
So, author wants to determine that weather parents should force their children to do exercise or not.
