geographical area come together to form group.
Support: At the time of crisis, groups are formed.
Common goals: to achieve organizational goals.
Rewards: motivate employees to work in a group.

Stages in Group Formation
Forming: members come together in this stage.
Involvement is very vital at this stage.
Storming: members raise voice against individual
differences which are resolved by leaders.
Norming: members share common commitment
towards group's objective.
Performing: Members participate effectively to
achieve group's objects.
