yet differences continue to exist in their
strategies and procedures for the fulfillment of
their goals and aims.

partner of the organization in terms of the support of the
organisation. As mentioned by Baldwin (2017, p.34), The
partnership is the form of the organisations where a number
of the other additional members or the other organisations
may enter into a state of mutual business relationship in
which the different partners operate according to their
stipulated objectives and aims.
