Abstract
The report has made regarding developing the strategic management and leadership skills
of the person. In this report, the leadership interview has conducted and after that response was
taken. In this report, the difference and the similarity between the leaders and managers have
stated including their different traits. The responses from the coworkers have taken to improve
the leadership skills and it is evaluated that the major lack is in communication skills. So the
communication skill has improved by watching different videos of effective communication and
by also attending the conference meetings.
