Ancient Greek civilization was civilization that belonged to time of history of Greece
from Greek’s Dark Age sof 12th to 8th centuries BC to antiquity’s end. Classical culture of
Greece has powerful influence over ancient Rome that carried foundation of Western culture
as well as considered cradle for Western civilisation. Classical culture of Greece provided
knowledge’s great importance (Owens, 2018). Importance of mathematics as the instrument
is understood by them to obtain more knowledge. Greek art was about naturalistic’
development. Greek architecture established harmonious style having several detailed
convenstions which were adopted largely by the Roman architecture. It used ornament’s
vocabulary which was shared along with metalwork, pottery as well as other media. It had
enormous infleucne over Eurasian art. Greek art’s social context included political
developments as well as prosperity’s great increment. Ancient Greece’s art is divided into
four phases: Classical, Hellenistic, Archaic and Geometric. Art’s forms deveopled in several
parts at several spppeds of Greek world.
